Liquid chlorophyll is one of the most hyped TikTok wellness trends, but does it actually do anything? I’ve tried it multiple times and I’ve got some honest thoughts. This video breaks down what people are claiming, what it might actually help with, and why I think juicing real greens is way better than relying on a supplement with dead enzymes.
This started as a viewer comment and turned into a fun little reaction and breakdown. Let me know in the comments if you’ve tried chlorophyll drops and felt anything—or if it was just another trendy green liquid.

I’ve been getting a lot of these videos from health and wellness trends on Tik Tok. And every single day people comment and ask, I’m not so sure about these. So let’s watch them together and see what we think. Help with your immune support, help with your antioxidants and like help boost your energy.
This is the one to grab liquid chlorophyll. If you haven’t heard of it, grab it now. It also helps with body odor. So you take 15 drops of this, drop it into eight ounces of water and drink it.
And that’s all you have to do. It has a little minty taste to it. Why? Why is she beating the screen with the thing?
All right, so I have liquid chlorophyll. I’ve tried it a bunch. My personal opinion and this is bull and this is crap. I haven’t noticed much from taking it, but there’s one caveat.
I believe that chlorophyll supplementation in high concentration is beneficial for you, but not in a supplement form that has dead enzymes. The way that you get it and the way that you create it for yourself is by juicing. You buy a juicer and you get vegetables, leafy greens.
I wouldn’t say tons of fruits, but basically anything that’s charged up by the sun is generally going to have a high nutritional or chlorophyll content and you want to just drink it fresh. You want to have fresh produce. You want to put it through a slow juicer, not a high juice or high speed juicer.
You want to keep the enzymes intact and you want to drink it right now. That will be something out of a glass bottle that’s stored for months and months and ultra high processed every single time.
