If you’re keto, carnivore, or tracking blood sugar, there’s a better way to do this.

Put the first orange juice in a gun. I’ve been getting a lot of these videos from health and wellness trends on Tik TOK and every single day people comment and ask, I’m not so sure about these. So let’s watch them together and see what we think. I have the budget friendly high cortisol cocktail.
So there’s a viral cortisol cocktail going around. Um, for those of you, there’s probably a lot of us who have high cortisol. I also, is she talking about there’s a cocktail going around? I mean, I’m not opposed to having a nice stiff cocktail at the end of the day myself, but you don’t think it has put the first orange juice in a goddamn cup.
Natural ingredients. You can like less sugar. So, um, this is simply orange and you want it. So this just says contains orange juice.
So we’re going to start with a half a cup. Okay. I’ve never tried this so we’re going to see. She’s never tried this.
So this is reliable. Jesus Christ, Aaron. For a week and see if we feel like. Maybe not get your nutritional advice.
This one says coconut water less than 1% sugar. So half a cup of this. Coconut water is not less than 1% sugar. I drink coconut water, water and I love it.
Uh, it has tons of carbs, but being that this is her first time, this is nothing. You’re going to add, it says sea salt. I didn’t have sea salt. I had Himalayan salt.
I think it’s just salt in general to help with electrolytes. You don’t have to be personally mean to people just because they’re trying to make tick tock videos and learn how to, you know, share stuff. At least she’s being honest. She didn’t lie to you and say, Oh, I’ve done this 900 times.
And she said, I’ve never tried this before. Let’s see what it does. Let me get this open. They get chronic headaches and salts really helps.
There’s um, an equine.
electrolyte, um, Celtic salt. That works really good. That it does. Let’s do this.
Redmond use a Redmond electrolyte until mine hits the market. That one will be better. Potassium load of potassium and we’re all low. This has potassium in it.
You’d have to eat like two baked potatoes a day to compete with cream of tartar intake concentrated. Okay. So this is painful for me to sit through this whole thing. What’s her first impressions?
This is, I’ve done it a bunch. This is legendary for replenishing the adrenals. Um, I was obviously given her, but that’s just me. Uh, coconut water, orange juice and cream of tartar is legendary, right?
You can do this with a supplement, so it’s easier. You don’t have to constantly get these ingredients. Um, but this is the natural way to do it. How do I condense this down into a 32nd response?
If you’re doing keto carnivore, if you’re wearing a CGM, you’re watching blood sugar. If you’re doing diet modification to overcome health challenge, the only reason to do this with a supplement other than these ingredients is to keep your sugars low and to keep your blood sugar stabilized. You can do the same thing without the carbs of the coconut water and orange juice, depending on your practitioner or the protocol you’re undergoing or working on working with.
Um, you may actually just be pulling from whole food sources and you’re okay with the sugars and you’re okay with natural compounds that haven’t been altered in that case. It doesn’t get any more natural than this as long as you’re not choosing a orange juice from concentrate that has added.
