All right, you guys, a lot of people say that they can’t find some of the recommendations. So what I’m going to do is for each list that we have, I do have an Amazon, uh, whatever you call it front. If you just go to Google and you type in Matt Justice, Amazon, you should see this Amazon influencer store or whatever they call it, right?

There should be a bunch of lists in here. So like hydration, all kinds of stuff. Now they’re changing this, so it’s a little bit more difficult to find the actual name. I’m going to experiment with putting my name in the title so that you guys can find it.

The problem with that is if you look at this page, they’re all going to start with, you know, Matt Justice’s favorite, so it won’t say anything, but the picture should let you know exactly what it is. Obviously I’m going to put a link to everything down below, but I thought it would be nice if Amazon ever gives us the ability to embed a YouTube video right here above the list.

I could go through and tell you, um, all this stuff. The only thing that I’m going to point out to you is that these are all the electrolytes that I can remember that I’ve tried. I’ve tried a whole bunch of different types of stuff. You might like some of these, but if you look at my actual, um, Amazon purchase history, right?

I really just buy Redmond Relight. That’s what I like the most. I used to get liquid IV. I’ve tried LMNT.

I’ve tried drops. I’ve tried trace this and that. I’ve tried all this stuff, right? I go back to Redmond Relight.

It’s high sodium. It also has some potassium. It’s not super high sugar. Depends on the flavor that you get.

Sometimes for some people there can be additives in it that you’re not going to like, but that can be true with all of them. So for me, I like the Relight right now, uh, which is this one. That’s what I order the most. That’s what I just ordered and had sent to my other place.

I’m trying to think of what else you might want to know. You can do these little packet things, right? I don’t really prefer those. I like just getting a container.

The only thing that’s bad…

What I like about the container is that if I order one, leave it in Maine, and I winterize the place, it’s in wintertime, and I come back to Florida, when it goes through the humidity changes, sometimes it can get hard and it won’t last. That’s the only advantage to having the packets.

But personally, I just want to scoop out, put it in my shaker cup, like this little blender bottle thing here that I like, shake it up, and go on about my business. Now I’ll talk to you about some other supplements in the next video that I also put in there.

I don’t usually just take the hydration by itself. We’ll have a specific little handbook or a course or something that walks you through. And you also, like I’ve been telling you guys for years, you don’t have to buy this stuff either. You can make your own electrolyte.

All you need is some pink salt or Himalayan sea salt, something like that, a dash of lemon, maybe a little bit of honey. There’s different recipes that you can find to make it. You can make your own electrolytes, right? You could also get some potassium powder and put it in there too if you wanted to potassium it up.

Remember, RDA for potassium is like 4,500, 4,600 milligrams per day. So a lot of people are afraid of some type of supplement that has 500, 1,000, 1,500 milligrams of potassium. It’s really nothing to be afraid of because you’re not even touching half of your daily consumption of that requirement. So most people’s diet is not on point.

Most of the time you could always use a little bit more. Obviously, you have to use your own judgment, depends on how you eat and stuff like that. But these are electrolytes that I like to take around sauna. I’ll talk to you in more detail about the other compounds that I put in the blender bottle with the electrolyte.

Sometimes I’ll toss in the creatine with the electrolyte. Sometimes I’ll toss in something that could mimic a vasodilator like L-citrulline or something like that. But I’ll save that for the next video. Just wanted to make this one specifically about electrolytes.

If you can’t find these lists…

I’m gonna put a link directly below this video. So if you find this video, hit the little button that expands the description and there’ll be a link right to this list and you can check it out.
