Are there any infrared saunas that don’t take forever to heat up? I want to sweat and detox in under a half hour.

How you doing guys?

Hope you’re doing well today.

Got another infrared sauna question that we’re gonna answer today.

This one is from Luke.

It says, “Hi Matt, I’m looking, “or no, I was using a sauna in the gym, “but it takes forever for me to heat it up “if it’s not turned on before I get in.

“I’m looking for a sauna to where I can, “or I’m looking for a sauna I can sit in “that will give me a good detox in less than a half an hour.

“Do you have any recommendations?”

Sure, I would recommend the Radiant Health Elite Series.

You didn’t mention your size or your weight, so it’s kinda hard for me to recommend a size to you.

However, the one-person and the two-person models both work on a standard 15-amp house circuit.

So as a general rule, if you’re talking about a three or a four-person sauna, like ideally I’m a bigger person and that’s what I’d like to have, but in my condo here, it’s not realistic for me to be able to run the lines to have a dedicated 20-amp line to power a large sauna.

So the reason I’m telling you this is, if you are bigger, I’m a bigger person, the two-person that works on a 15-amp circuit has been awesome.

I definitely detox in that in less than 30 minutes.

In fact, I’ve changed the way that I use that sauna.

So that sauna, everyone says, “Oh, it has blah, blah, blah, “I don’t know, fabric over the heaters “and it blocks the infrared.

“The heaters go up too high and blah, blah, blah.”

I kinda like that because then it gives your head and your neck some coverage.

But anyway, long story short, you can see in my videos that I’m clearly sweating really, really well.

The sauna works just as good as all the other saunas, if not better.

And the EMF levels are the lowest in the industry.

Now, the way that I’ve changed the way that I use the sauna is instead of preheating it for like 35 minutes like I used to and trying to get it really hot, I go and I turn it on, I let it preheat for about 10 minutes, I make my water, I take the electrolytes, I take enterosgel or any binder that I’m gonna take that day, and then basically I get in the sauna.

And so I wouldn’t say that it’s cold, but it’s not super hot.

And so within, I would say, as soon as the sauna gets to about 120 degrees and within 10 minutes or so, I mean, I’m starting to sweat pretty good.

Now, obviously, it depends on what part of the country you’re in.

If you’re in a cold northern climate, like in Maine where I go, this is gonna be drastically different.

I’m in sunny Florida, so the ambient temperature in the house is 75 degrees.

Doesn’t take very long for the sauna to get to 120.

If you were to stick it in a cold basement and it’s 45 degrees down there, the sauna’s gonna struggle to get to 120.

It’s gonna take a lot longer.

It’s gonna consume, you know, it just, it’s gonna be fighting the ambient temperature in there the whole time.

So keep that in mind.

You wanna have it in a somewhat heated environment so it’s not really working itself to death.

But anyway, long story short, in less than 30 minutes with a really short preheat time, you will be sweating bullets in a Radiant Health sauna.

If that’s not the sauna for you, you might find something else that you like on the certified sauna list.

We’ve got Radiant Health, we’ve got the Clear Light.

If you want a ceramic sauna, we’ve got the High Tech Health.

Certified saunas, or the list of certified saunas, is dedicated to finding low EMF, far infrared saunas that work really well, no frills, no bells and whistles, none of this full spectrum nonsense, selling people things that they don’t need.

And just really getting to the nuts and the bolts of having a good, consistent sweat and a detox in the home.

Something that’s easy to use, you know, affordable over time.

Over 10 years, you know, the cost of a session is like 60 cents or something like that.

We did the math.

It’s ridiculously cheap to have in your home.

I think mine runs on average, I wanna say between 12 and $15, it varies.

But again, I use this stuff more often than most people because I’m filming videos, or I’ll have more than one sauna on at a time, if I don’t end up tripping the breakers because you got photography lights, we get camera gear, we get saunas, all of a sudden you turn on too many saunas and bang.

Doesn’t hurt anything, but you gotta reset everything, you gotta set everything up.

All the lights go out, ruins the video. (laughing) It’s kind of an interesting thing.

So anyway, definitely the Radiant Health sauna will make you detox in less than 30 minutes.

In fact, all of them will on the certified sauna list.

But I would say that the Radiant Health and the Clear Light Premier are gonna heat up the fastest.

If you have any other questions, I’ll see you in tomorrow’s video.

Make sure you guys are subscribed to the channel.

I’m getting ready to change how the channel is set up.

So we’re gonna have a separate channel for all sauna content.

Clever Leverage content, we’ll go back to the way it is.

And then the Matt Justice stuff will be separate.

So make sure you’re subscribed so you get those updates or you might not see future videos.

Have a great day, guys.

We’ll see you in tomorrow’s video.
