What is happening everybody?
Oh my God.
I feel like one of those magazines that’s all dramatic and stuff.
But really, wow, wow, wow.
Did I underestimate what it takes to set up sauna room again, to have a facility to be able to shoot videos consistently.
Man, environment is huge.
I thought I was gonna be at this stage last week.
Took an additional week and then just yesterday and today, I moved every single sauna behind me.
I switched this whole room around because the lighting felt like you were in a cave.
The camera was struggling to produce decent quality.
And now, I won’t know what this looks like until later, but from what I can see in the viewfinder, the quality is great.
And that makes a huge difference, especially if somebody asks a question and I turn around, open the sauna door, and just grab the camera and show you guys.
Or if we have, if we’ve got questions about supplements, now I’ve got shelving and stuff where this stuff is readily available.
If anybody has questions on meters and stuff like that, I’ve got a whole suite of things.
So video quality should be better.
But man, oh man, oh man, it’s been, I wanna say it’s been weeks of trying to get to this point right now where I can just turn the camera on and have a daily routine like I used to and go through you guys’ questions.
I’ve got the computer in front of me, you just can’t see it.
And man, it feels good to be back in the saddle, but wow, this is a lot of work.
I can see it in my face.
I am tired. (laughs) I look puffy, I look stressed.
But it should all be worth it.
Be back in the routine probably.
Today’s the first, so I’m working through the weekend.
Hopefully back in routine by next Tuesday, maybe Monday if I can get everything done tomorrow.
But looks like there is a hurricane or tropical storm or something.
They say it’s building off the coast of Florida.
So I’m in Orlando now, not in Maine anymore.
And it’s probably just gonna blow over.
Probably won’t be much, but still.
It always creates panic.
You go to the grocery store and all of a sudden they don’t have stuff anymore because the news sells people on fear, essentially.
So it’ll be interesting to see what I can get done this weekend.
Getting ready to take a trip to Home Depot, get the rest of the shelving and all the other stuff that I need for the rest of the weekend and get everything assembled.
It was a lot of work to put together these three saunas and I still got two more. (laughs) I don’t know where I’m gonna put them.
We need a warehouse facility.
But it is record-breaking heat in Florida this year.
And man, if I don’t have a decent AC facility, I don’t think, ’cause I thought about renting a commercial space to do this instead.
It’s just not very conducive, especially when, the biggest thing is, when you do sauna videos and stuff, man, in between shoots and when you get done shooting even a five-minute clip, if the sauna is on and you’re just covered in sweat, you take four showers a day. (laughs) You’ve gotta have an entire wardrobe change.
I don’t know if you, you’ll be able to see some of my stuff now where I do the video shoots.
But I’ve got several of these shirts.
It seems like I wear the same shirts all the time.
There’s like 10 of these. (laughs) Just rotate through them.
So wanted to just do an update video.
Should be back in the saddle now.
I’ve got some questions to go through.
Gonna take care of some of you guys who’ve been waiting for a long time.
The portable sauna stuff is coming.
Did an update video, seat of the pants, earlier today with just the gimbal selfie mount and still waiting for some shipments on that stuff.
And also some people have said, thank you for pointing this out, by the way, through all of this moving from Florida or from Maine to Florida and doing all the COVID stuff and getting behind the website.
One of my personal blogs, cleverleverage.com, has been broken.
And I guess people have been trying to get ahold of me and the 800 number and other stuff is not showing up.
Wanted to tell you exactly what that is.
If you need personal help, I can’t always answer the phone.
Like if we’re recording or something right now, phones are off because if the phone was starting to ring off the hook, it would ruin all these sessions.

So wanted to just do an update, see what you guys think, put together.
This is basically a test clip.
We gotta see how this comes out, make sure everything is crystal clear, make sure the audio is good.
Usually I have to test all that stuff well in advance before doing the lives and before doing the Q&A videos every single week for sauna and detox questions.
So be back in the rhythm and in the habit of doing that.
But this looks, from what I can tell so far, this looks way, way, way better than the last couple of lives that I did on the laptop.
So we’ve got all the camera gear unpacked now, we’ve got the mic set up, we’ve got the big camera with all the lenses.
I think we’ve got the lighting dialed in and all the saunas are reassembled.
So we should be good to go.

And I severely, severely, severely underestimated how much work it is to have a facility like this, to test this stuff, even though I’ve done it before. (laughing) We had a short hiatus there during the tail end of COVID and it was really difficult to do sauna stuff when it’s 25 below zero or 15 below zero or 12 below zero in Maine throughout the winter.
So struggled to keep a garage heated in order to have the space to do this, my grandmother’s cabin.
And so finally getting everything set back up and looking forward to it.
I’m super excited, it feels so, so good to be back in front of like a decent setup.
It’s a lot of work to get the camera gear, everything dialed in.

I had a mask to do a parody video, but can’t find that.
It took two hours for me to find the remote to turn the camera on and off because it’s too far away. (laughing) So to do these videos, there’s like all this little stuff, like a lens brush, something so simple, but there’s lint and water spots or something on the lens.
And I go to turn it on, we don’t have a remote, we don’t have lens brush, we don’t have this, we don’t have that. (laughing) I need a beer.
