This Eye Massager Is Way Better Than I Expected

I know it looks like I’m wearing a ski mask in this video, but it’s actually the Renpho eye and temple massager. And honestly, for something this cheap, it does a solid job taking the edge off. This whole holiday gift guide series came from looking back over the last year and realizing how important stress reduction actually is. Going to the hospital five days a week for almost a year will absolutely change how you look at things.

I used to be really into meditation devices, binaural beats, and all the stuff that helps you drop into theta. Then life happened and I drifted away from it. But this year I found a bunch of inexpensive gadgets that fit right into that zone — things that help you relax, downshift your nervous system, and basically get your head right before you jump into sauna or breathwork.

This Renpho eye massager falls into that category. It’s not perfect — I wish it were a little bigger — but it beats the metal tongs and old-school things I used to use. It hits the temples, adds light compression, a little heat, and it’s surprisingly calming. Perfect white-elephant gift, great stocking stuffer, or just something to keep on your desk if you deal with screens all day.

I know I look like I’m wearing a ski mask, but I’m not going to the hospital five days a week for just under a year. We’ll definitely change your perspective on things. So we’ve got a special little series for all the community members this year. It’s the holiday gift guide series. I’ve just got a few things that are under a hundred dollars that are cheap. Some of them are under $30 under $60 under $20 we’re just going to do like a little series.

This is a scalp massager. Obviously I’m not wearing a ski mask. I’m wearing a face and eye massager, I guess you could say temples, eye, face. And the goal with this stuff is, I don’t know if you’re aware of this, but many, many moons ago before I started doing detox stuff and focusing on that to improve my own health, I was really into different types of meditation devices, CES devices, different things that could kind of get you to access different brainwave states. I loved being in theta. So I would do a lot of binaural beats, a lot of meditation stuff. And I kind of got away from that from time to time.

And I looked around this year and I was like, you know, there’s some cheap things that could really just like take the edge off of stress or like help you relax more before you get into sauna. Or we always talk about doing breathing routines and this, that, and the other. But I thought, how cool would it be to show you guys some of the stuff that I bought this year that I think you might like that just take the edge off, do a little holiday gift guide, do a little black Friday thing. If you do white elephant at Christmas time, these would be great things to take for people. And you know, just having the intention that maybe it’ll, it’ll just knock someone else’s stress down just a hair.

Maybe they’re not perfect. Like I wish this thing was just a little bit bigger, but that’s just because it’s small for my size head. But I tell you what, it beats the little metal tongue things that I like. They have a different sensation, but this, you can just hold it on your temples. Super cool. So I wanted to do a holiday gift guide. We don’t usually do that. We focus on like the hard hitting big things that’ll really knock stuff out for detox. But I also recognize that next year we’re going to be doing the HRV series. So we’re going to be talking about sleep. We’re going to be monitoring HRV. I’m going to talk to you about home EMF assessments in your house. You guys are all freaked out about EMF and saunas. Wait till I show you the bedroom stuff.

So what you really want to focus on is your exposure limits. So if you’re sleeping in an area for eight plus hours a night or lounging or whatever, it can be very critical to make sure that there are certain things not in that environment, such as behind your headboard. If you have a power panel, if your master bedroom is off the garage, you know, 200 amp service or something running right by your bed, you want to check for those types of things. Much more advantageous for you to rearrange your bedroom or to do something to fix that than worry about other stuff.

If you wanted to get methodical about it, like me, you could buy clickable outlet switches, remote transfer switch, or a kill switch and turn your wifi off at night. You know, everybody’s worried about all this stuff. I just shut it down. So, but for now, holiday gift guide, cheap, easy things to do. I think you’ll see how all this comes together next year when we release, you know, everything. Focus on, you know, getting the body to be able to detox. We’ve done that for years. We pretty much have all the information in place to release the guides and training manuals and everything else that we need. But we’re going to stack that with other things to improve sleep, improve recovery, show you how to make sure that, you know, you have like an RF-free baby room.

Like the last thing that you want to do is stick a wireless transmitter next to your crib or things like that, right? At the same time, sometimes people don’t have a choice on how to do that stuff. And so I recognize that just taking the edge off of stress or cool little things that you could give as gifts or anything that you can do just to improve your overall wellbeing is really the goal of, you know, what we do in the community, on the channel, what we’re after for ourselves, living a good life, right?

It’s kind of hard to live a good life, you know, without your health. So ask me how I know going to the hospital five days a week for just under a year will definitely change your perspective on things. So sometimes things don’t need to be monumental like I’m talking about. The reason that I mentioned all that stuff is because sometimes people are in situations where they can’t make drastic changes and they just kind of have to accept their environment or the things, you know, as they are for the moment.

And in those times, it can be very critical for you to use these things, use meditation devices, use massager devices, use a CES devices, do breath work, you know, do all this stuff so that you can maintain your own nervous system and your own stress response. Even during times of stress, when you just have to accept it and you can’t do anything about it. I’ve been in that situation. A lot of times we haven’t talked about it enough. I think it’s more pertinent than almost anything else that we could cover.

You know, there is a mental game to all of this. Everyone’s so concerned about, you know, this supplement and this protocol and this health device. And should I get a hyperbaric chamber? You can do all this stuff until you’re blue in the face, right? When I was going through leukemia treatment, the mental component was huge. Your expectation, how you deal with negative environments day in and day out, how you approach your ability to heal, what are your belief structure around that?

One of the most important things is mindset when it comes to, you know, health, longevity, overcoming, you know, traumatic events, diseases, different things like that. And that has been a missing component to our work for quite some time. And for the last three years, I recognize that that’s not going away, right? Then it’ll keep tugging at me and tugging at me and tugging at me until I finally give in and we support people in that way.

But largely when you talk about doing detox, if somebody is stuck in fight or flight, if somebody is stuck in, you know, they can’t switch from sympathetic, parasympathetic very easily, right? You could do all the things that you want in the world, but sometimes just little shifts in your mental capacity, little shifts in your stress response, little shifts in your daily practice, you know, can really make a difference in how you deal with and get through situations. So I don’t want to go any further than that right now. We’ll save it for other videos.

But in today’s holiday gift guide series that we’re going to do, we’re going to talk about some little cool gadgets or tech that are, I don’t know, 20, 30 bucks, 50, 60 bucks, something under a hundred that may just take the edge off for you. So let me know what you think in the comments. If you have a suggestion, if there’s something that I haven’t seen, please, please, please link it up. I will buy it right away and try it out for the community. This is for you guys. I don’t usually share stuff like this. Obviously I have all these things. I purchased them. If you go back to my YouTube videos from eight years ago, you’ll see that I’ve had pretty much every single meditation device that the market has.

It’s been on the market, uh, both FDA approved ones and non FDA approved. So I don’t really care. I’ve tried pretty much everything. I’m a sucker for, you know, theta meditations or anything that can help you get into that brainwave state. And a lot of times just getting folks to relax or to improve the way their nervous system response to have the battle. So let me know in the comments, if you’ve seen something that’s awesome, we’ll see in the next one.
