Therasauna VS Therasauna Classic, one is made in the USA, one is not. Let’s clarify it while Therasauna threatens to sue me over it.

So this video is specifically about Therasana.
QCA Spas, the owner of Therasana, has just sent me a demand letter.
They are threatening to sue me if I don’t make some clarifications and take down misinformation about their Therasana versus their Therasana Classic.
So if I did make a mistake, which I don’t think that I did, but I would like to make every effort possible to make sure that you guys are kept on the up and up.
So I don’t wanna mislead anybody.
I don’t really care about the Therasana company.
It’s not a sauna that I recommend.
However, I do care that you guys get accurate information.
So here is the chart provided by Therasana themselves.
If I said anything in the past, or if I mislabeled a sauna, or if I spoke out of turn while I was doing an installation or carrying in pallets of stuff from the garage and the camera was rolling and I didn’t say the right thing, wanna make sure that you guys understand that the Therasana here, which the company says is a different product than the Therasana Classic, even though they share the same brand name, they’re saying in their lawsuit threat or their threat of legal action that they are two separate products and only the Therasana is made in the USA.
And the Therasana Classic is made overseas and you should not confuse the two.
You should think of them as two separate products, two separate brands.
One’s made in the USA, one isn’t.
Now, it’s not my job to take it any further than that.
You’ll have to do your own due diligence.
But from what I can understand in the letter, they also say that we sell a variety of different saunas, Therasana, Therasana Classic, which they’re calling two different things, Better Life Saunas and Sunrich Saunas.
So apparently those saunas, which are not on this company list or graph, are also made overseas.
And I’m not, I didn’t do any research to come up with that.
The company themselves sent this to me and they are specifically saying that the Therasana Classic is assembled in the USA, but it is not made in the USA.
They go on to provide me with some documentation of a printout of their website of the Therasana Classic page, just for clarification purposes.
Thank you for that.
And it does specifically say here that the Therasana Classic is assembled in the USA.
They also go on to say in here that the Therasana Classic heaters are made in the USA.
But then they go on to say that the Therasana Classic is assembled in the USA with imported hemlock wood.
So I don’t know which parts of the sauna are made overseas and which parts are made in the US, but they’re upset because I’m saying, you know, Therasanas are not made in the USA, but they are saying that Therasana is not the same product or brand as the Therasana Classic.
So I’ll leave it to you guys to figure out what to do from there.
I can’t make a reasonable differentiation between the two.
They share the exact same brand.
The marketing is confusing.
On this printout that they provided me for the description of the Therasana Classic, which I purchased, they actually said that in the first line of this letter, they said, “Dear Mr.
Justice, “I wanna start this letter out by saying “thank you for purchasing the Therasana Classic “TC3636 model.
“We’re sorry that you feel misinformed, blah, blah, blah.”
So they have acknowledged that I am a paying customer.
This is, I don’t have any ill will towards these people, just not a fan of their product.
I did give it a shot.
I did buy it.
So on the last page of the printout that they provided in their legal threat letter, there is, this is from them.
I didn’t make up, I didn’t come up with this.
It says right there on the last page, made in the USA.
So I’m not really sure how I have it twisted.
This is the most accurate information that I have.
No ill will towards the Therasana.
I’ve done my best to convey everything that I have at my disposal to you guys.
Hopefully that can help you educate your, or make an educated purchase decision.
Therasana does say that they don’t wish to censor my opinion, but if I do not remove all references to the Therasana from my website, they will have no other choice but to get the lawyers involved.
So basically this is a legal threat.
Not sure how I feel about a company that chooses to sue its past customers in order to censor their opinion.
There’s a lot better ways to go about it, but you know what?
You guys are free to do business with whoever you like.
