There is an option on this list, doesn’t matter what your budget is, what your power constraints are, what your space constraints are, whatever your situation is.

There’s something here for everyone.

Updates to the certified sauna list, top five saunas of 2024.

Number one on the list and sauna of the year multiple consecutive years is Radian Health.

Why?

Tried and true, amazing staff, doesn’t hound you if you call them to try to see about shipping or models or ask questions.

Some of the call centers that some of these sauna companies have are atrocious.

You give them your name and email and they just they call you 17 times a day.

I don’t like that.

I’m never going to buy from a place like that.

I wouldn’t expect you to either.

But these saunas are rock solid.

They don’t break, warranty is amazing, and they have the hidden heaters in the bench.

No other sauna company has that.

Holds your core temperature, preheat time is quicker, and they’re just my number one favorite sauna of all time.

Number two on the list, this is a newcomer.

Brand new models from Heavenly Heat.

These particular saunas, they are notorious for being made for people that have multiple chemical sensitivities.

No glues, no adhesives, fast heat up time, faster preheat time than a clear light.

What do I like about them?

I love that the company has been purchased and now the owner has revamped all the sauna models using it myself.

Great sweat, great price, great company.

Same thing, no hounding, good warranty, good solid product.

Number three on our list is a clear light.

Now clear light’s another tried and true.

Been around for a very long time.

In the past for several years, notoriously, I’ve always recommended their Premier line.

There’s some things about the Sanctuary line that, you know, aren’t perfect for everyone or I wouldn’t recommend to some people.

It’s got an all glass front.

Absolutely love the way that it looks.

I mean, just look at the lighting, look at the fit and the finish.

Sometimes the price isn’t for everyone.

Sometimes these particular heaters in the front aren’t for everyone.

The EMF levels in the Sanctuary models aren’t quite the same as the Premier, but still great company, great products.

Been around for a long time.

Still delivers a really good detoxification, really good maintenance, sweat, everything that you need in an infrared sauna.

Finally on our list at number four is the Healthmate.

Now I’m not a stranger to Healthmate.

I’ve had a Healthmate sauna before, a Cedar model.

This is a eucalyptus model.

Different look and feel, different color, different smell.

Same great heaters that they’ve always had.

Some loves and not so love, or some likes and dislikes, I guess you could say, about this sauna.

Like the ease of assembly.

Love the company.

Love the build quality.

Some of the EMF stuff doesn’t check out, but it’s nowhere near as bad as what you get from like an Amazon or a Home Depot or a Costco sauna.

I meant to say Wayfair is what I was really thinking.

Good company.

Another option for people.

Some of the functional medicine doctors insist that you use the same sauna that they have in their office.

This is a ceramic sauna.

If they have a ceramic sauna, they usually want you to use that.

There’s pros and cons to that.

The heater depth on them is pretty substantial, so they usually don’t have side heaters.

I prefer side heaters, but still a great option for someone that’s looking for this.

But number five, you can really read all about it in the Facebook sauna community.

It’s Certified Sauna Community on Facebook.

It’s Infrared Saunas, Red Light Therapy, Detoxification, Chelation, all those kind of things.

There’s about 15,000 people in there.

If you’re searching for it on Facebook, it’s that one.

Number five, top rated saunas of 2024 has to be the DIY.

If you have no money, if you’re not sure if infrared saunas are right for you, there’s no reason for you to go out and spend $5,000, $2,000, $1,000.

Why?

You don’t know that the technology has merit for you or health benefit for you.

So what we’ve done over the last three or four years is put together a guide that shows you how to build your own tent sauna.

It’s not the prettiest thing.

It doesn’t have speakers and lights and a glass door and all this fancy controllers and stuff like that.

But for $300 to $350, you can order all the parts and construct your own infrared sauna in the courtesy of your own home, and you can get a great sweat.

It’s not a 220 degree hottest sauna thing on the planet, but it does get hot enough for you to detoxify.

It does get hot enough for you to make heat shock proteins.

It is affordable for everyone of any budget.

It’s cheaper than a lot of the tent saunas.

We don’t really make any money on it, but it’s here to serve you.

I want that to always be an option for people who think that they’re forced into this category of, “We have to spend thousands of dollars in order to get the benefits.”

It’s not true.

No matter what your needs are, there is an option on this list.

It doesn’t matter what your budget is, what your power constraints are, what your space constraints are, whatever your situation is, there’s something here for everyone.

You can spend a lot of money.

You don’t have to spend a lot of money.

You can have a big sauna that takes up a lot of space.

You don’t have to have a sauna that takes up a lot of space.

You can upgrade the electrical.

You can find a sauna that just plugs into an outlet.

If you can run a vacuum cleaner on it, you can have a sauna.

In 2024 and beyond, there’s no excuse for you not incorporating heat therapy into your life and getting the longevity benefits that you deserve.

So if there’s something that you like from today’s video, or you’re looking for more resources, at CertifiedSaunas.com on the homepage, there’s recommended sauna resources.

If you’re looking for a brand, a size, a model, reviews, installation videos on how to put them together, we have step-by-step tutorials that show you how to receive a sauna, how to prep your house for it.

We’re trying to make it as easy as possible for you so you don’t have to wade through four hours of YouTube video to find the exact thing that you’re looking for.

But a lot of times in these episodes, I’ll mention sauna hats, sauna accessories, different types of electrolyte supplements.

If you want to put an infrared sauna in a cold basement or unheated garage, there’s accessories or additional supplemental heat that you can add to it.

If you continue down, you’ll find everything that you’re looking for that we’ve mentioned today.

In addition to CertifiedSaunas.com, you can go to the Facebook group, which is the Certified Sauna Community on Facebook.

It’s our sauna group.

There’s no hardcore pitching.

There’s thousands of members in there that offer really, really, really good advice.

I learn from them every day.

I’m also contributing and answering questions in there every day.

In addition to that, you can go to the Amazon store.

A lot of people have requested on where to buy sauna towels, sauna hats, different various supplements, minerals, electrolytes.

See you
