Sauna Courses – Infrared Sauna Detox Protocol & Coaching

Infrared sauna detox programs and courses

Video Transcript (AI Generated)

Alright, let’s see what we can do with this.

So guys, I’ve got a couple inquiries here and I’m not really sure what to do with them.

There’s several of them.

I’m going to paraphrase what this stuff is about but it’s about sauna courses, consulting, coaching, a sauna detox program, and a sauna user guide.

I’ve had a few people, kind of interesting inquiries that I don’t really know what to do about this stuff.

I thought I’d make a video about it and maybe you guys can kind of tell me what you want.

Or to me, a lot of this stuff doesn’t really make sense to do but I want to tell you about it and then you can give me feedback and then we’ll just go from there.

If it’s something that people want and need, I’ll end up making it.

I’ve had some interesting inquiries, people asking about coaching and training and doing specialized content for the sauna stuff.

I’m not really sure how to respond to this other than to, like I said, ask you guys what you want.

I don’t really have any plans to charge for anything.

The only courses that I ever planned on building since I started online for this stuff are just about blogging and YouTube, not health-related stuff.

I’ve always wanted to just give that away for free.

Anyhow, for context, I had one lady ask about doing EMF readings or trainings.

She basically said, “I don’t want to spend the time to buy meters, learn how to use them because it looks complicated in your videos,” which I get.

She’s like, “Is there any way that you could just put together some $5 or $10 courses or something like that that would show us the ins and outs of EMFs or mitigating EMFs in the home?”

You could do one for…

She said bedrooms would be a big deal because I talk about having a sleep sanctuary or something in some of my videos.

She was suggesting that maybe I go into the bedroom, set up a tripod or something, and then just go through what I do for myself, show people what common levels are generated by certain things so that you can just learn from the videos without buying EMF meters and testing it.

Because if those items are present in the room, you already know what to do with them and how to get rid of them.

That’s not something that I would buy because I have EMF meters and I test stuff like that all the time.

It’s weird for me to think about doing things like that.

But I guess I could understand how it would help people.

It would be a lot cheaper than buying hundreds of dollars worth of EMF meters and then the time to learn how to use them.

I don’t know.

Let me know what you think about that.

Second was the sauna detox course protocols.

I don’t know if I can really do that.

I’m not a doctor or any kind of health professional.

I guess you would call me a researcher.

I just think of myself as an enthusiast or a guy who’s struggled through my own health challenges and just happened to have a blog and a YouTube channel and started blogging about it.

And people said, “Hey, share more of that stuff.”

And I did.

I do think that would be really, really valuable for people.

Because there’s a lot up here.

You could definitely get a brain dump of different ways to do sauna detoxes and different programs.

Some of them are too aggressive for a lot of people.

And then other more mild solutions would probably be a better fit.

I just don’t know if I should be doing that.

Both for legal and liability reasons.

If you guys have any ideas on how for this that would be appropriate, please let me know.

I’ll have to do some more investigation into that.

Yeah, I just don’t know.

I definitely have a lot of the information.

Most of it I put out on YouTube for free.

So it’s just my opinion or things that I’ve tried or what I think most people should do based on my own experience.

I don’t know if that gets a lot different when you start selling a detox course.

It would have to be something where it’s just my method of doing it.

And there’d have to be tons of disclaimers.

This is not medical advice in any way.

I don’t know.

Let me know what you guys think about that.

Maybe there’s somebody out there that could help just by commenting or shedding some light on what you guys think.

Last but not least was the request for a beginner sauna user guide.

So I started working on that in 2019.

I have half of that done, but it was geared toward using one brand of sauna.

And I’ve just planned on giving it away for free whenever you got the sauna.

So I don’t know why companies don’t do this.

Companies should have a video course that shows you how to use the sauna.

It’s what I really needed when I first bought a sauna, and it’s what most people need.

Show everything from unpackaging the sauna to setting it up to using it for the first time to blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.

Well here’s the problem.

When you’ve got multiple saunas, you pretty much have to redo that for every single brand under the sun.

I don’t think that’s feasible.

And my whole plan was to just do the one as I did it for myself and then just give it away for free.

I mean, there was no reason to charge for this stuff.

But now in 2019 and 2020, it may not make sense.

I might have to do separate ones for each certified sauna, which would be a pain.

It’s a lot of work.

Or just redo it and make it generalized for beginners as well.

How I use the sauna has also changed.

If you go back and watch older videos where we’re using it really hot for extended periods of time, now it’s a little bit more gentle, which I think is better for most people starting out.

What else?

So I don’t know.

Let me know what you guys think about that.

I’m just kind of throwing this out there.

And I don’t know if anything will come of it or not.

But there were some other random requests too.

But I just want to hear from you guys and see if there’s something that I should make a priority for the community, something that’s really needed that I’m not doing or that I’ve overlooked because it’s common nature or second nature to me.

It’s something I do every day.

If there’s something that you would like to see that’s not on my radar, please let me know and I’ll consider adding it.

Just send me an email on cleverleverage.com.

Use the YouTube comments below.

You can go to the blog.

Use the contact page.

Anything.

Again, I can’t promise anything.

If there’s a huge response for something, I’ll try to make that a priority.

But I don’t think I’m going to be doing any consulting.

I don’t think I’m going to be doing one-on-one stuff like that.

I don’t know how I feel about charging for health stuff.

My intention was to always give away the information for free, except for the book that I’ve been working on.

I have been working on an infrared sauna book for about six months.

It’s almost done.

But I mean, it was just going to be something that was out there just to help people.

It wasn’t going to be very expensive, maybe just like a $5 e-book or something.

But like I mentioned before, I’ve been building blogging and YouTube courses for over two years.

I will be selling those whenever they’re ready, but it has nothing to do with this stuff.

That’s the only thing that I ever intended on charging people for.

So this is a little bit weird for me, but I wanted to at least honor the requests anyway.

So let me know what you guys think, and if you have any suggestions or requests, let me know in the comments, and I’ll see you in tomorrow’s video.
