Which PBMT red light therapy devices do you want to see reviewed and compared? Do you have any suggestions for different types of testing you’d like to see like I mention in the video?

What’s happening guys?
I see some searches on here.
Also I have a little folder of all of your emails for people that have asked about Juve lights, other near infrared therapy lights or just red light therapy in general, PBMT lights, photobiomodulation stuff.
I know there’s a list of Juve, Red Light Man, there’s so many different things.
I have a list of these.
Let me know what you guys want to see.
What do you want compared?
I’m looking at buying a flicker meter to do some flicker testing.
I’m also looking at buying a spectrometer so we can truly test the output.
It might be really difficult or super expensive for me to test the output strength at distance.
I think that’s going to require a different type of machine or not machine.
We’ll just call it a meter, piece of equipment.
I don’t think it’s necessarily cost effective for me to do that.
However, I think as a general rule, most of them, if they’re being powered by a 15 amp circuit, there’s only so much power on tap for a general electrical circuit anyway.
There isn’t a superior advantage to be had from one versus another.
There’s not additional horsepower to take advantage of, so to speak.
Basically I’m thinking of testing, obviously I’m going to test all the near infrared light therapy devices for EMF.
This will be my first time doing this.
I do not have a Juve light, but I’m going to buy one.
I’ve gotten some submission requests for, I think it’s called a Firestorm by EMR Tech.
My concerns or my priorities are this, not super high EMF, at least 6 inches away or more.
A lot of these devices are going to have electrical fans in the back of them, so there’s going to be some magnetic fields and stuff like that.
However, the exposure limit is relatively low compared to something like a sauna.
Instead of sitting in there for 60 minutes or doing a 28 day niacin detox where you’re in there for an hour a day, that’s a lot more of an extreme exposure than say 5-10 minutes a day twice a day at 8 inches or more distance.
Keep in mind, some of these devices are going to have electrical fans, heat sinks, different types of power supplies right on the back of the light.
So without even testing them, I can already tell you that there’s going to be some magnetic fields there.
The key is to figure out which ones have a significant drop off rate and are low enough to where it doesn’t really make a difference.
We just don’t want to see any higher spikes than you would traditionally get in front of say a kitchen appliance or something like that.
So we’ll be on the lookout for that.
Obviously I’m going to test everything with the EMF meters.
We’re going to test it for electric fields.
I don’t think there will be a significant body voltage because this is mostly an open air therapy.
A lot of the saunas, the reason why the electric fields and the body voltage stuff even matters is because you’re kind of closed in and you’re wrapped in whatever is being emitted, right?
This is an open air therapy as a general rule.
I may experiment with mounting some of these in a sauna in a new way.
But I also wanted to test them, I’m trying to think of what my criteria was.
Obviously the EMF stuff is going to happen.
I want to test them for flicker rate.
I want to see just how low the flicker rates are on some of these LEDs or I would like them to be non-existent.
I spend a lot of time looking at screens and things like that and I would prefer to have, if I’m going to spend thousands of dollars on these lights, I would prefer them to be flicker free, which is probably not going to happen.
But anyway, so I’d like to test them for those two things and then I’d also like to, I’d like to figure out a device that will easily let me test the output.
So I’d like to verify the frequency if I can.
I don’t know if this is possible.
I don’t think I can get this in one meter in one piece of equipment.
And I’d also like to be able to measure the intensity at different distances.
So I don’t know if that’s possible, but the point of putting out this video is to let you guys know that I am in the process of ordering these.
I want to take submissions for different brands of lights that you’d like to see in the comparison.
I think if we do, say, five or six, maybe seven at the most, that should be enough to get a decent comparison.
And I can’t remember all the brands off the top of my head, but you guys know what I’m talking about.
The Red Light Man, the Juve, the Fire something or other by the EMR people.
There’s a couple more.
But what I wanted to do is put the video up before I order all this stuff.
So if there’s something that you want to see, or if you have an idea for something that I should test and maybe that I’m not aware of yet, like the Flickr stuff or something else, let me know in the comments or send me an email on cleverleverage.com.
Or if there’s a brand of one of these that you’ve seen that you think might be good, let me know what it is.
Also keep in mind there is some stuff that I saw that’s available overseas in other countries or in Europe that we can’t get here in the States.
If you add something like that to the submission list, it’s probably not going to happen.
We’ve got to stick with stuff that’s kind of readily available, if possible.
But anyway, I just wanted to put it out there and see what you guys thought, see if you had any ideas, see what you’d like to see.
The reason that I want to do this is to both experiment with more photobiomodulation and near infrared light therapy for myself outside of sauna use, and then also share it with you guys, be able to test the products, be able to figure out which ones are shit, which ones are good, which ones are not worth the money, which ones are affordable, blah, blah, blah, all the normal stuff that I usually do with the reviews.
So let me know what you think and comment down below or send me an email on cleverleverage.com.
Thanks guys, we’ll see you in tomorrow’s video.
Have a great day.
