JNH Sauna Build Quality (or lack thereof??) JNH Lifestyles Infrared Sauna Review – Ensi

This is the sauna: https://amzn.to/2T2Ngx1

This is the JNH Lifestyles Ensi sauna I bought from Amazon. Not only was is supposed to be low emf, but I expected it to be at least decent quality since it’s twice as much as I paid for the Dynamic Barcelona from Costco. Nope.

So the only thing I’m really disappointed with as far as, well just look at the build quality.

I mean it looks like these things were put together with scrap wood.

I mean this is like pieces of a furring strip or something.

Just kind of like nailed together with this J&H.

And all you do, like all you do is screw these pieces of scrap wood with the heaters wedged in between onto the wall.

Like the build quality is complete shit.

I don’t understand how they get away with this and no one has said anything in the reviews.

Originally I thought this was a piece of broken thing in shipping, but it’s actually a hinge for a little light.

Which I don’t know, I guess is kind of cool.

It’s weird.

But just the build quality in general.

I don’t think a lot of people notice this, but I used to do home theater cabinetry and this I thought was a fluke.

Instead of somebody actually taking the time to cut the piece, they just kind of snap it off and shove it in there.

But then I realized that they’re all like that.

The build quality is just total shit.

The fit and finish isn’t good.

There’s tons of splintering and stuff on the milling of this.

I guess it’s like a thin plywood paneling.

It’s very thin.

And then the holes and stuff don’t line up.

So like when you screw the roof on, you get stuff like this.

The wood splinters because the screw comes in because they’re not lined up right.

The holes are pre-drilled, so I don’t know what the deal is.

But it flexes and I’d like to see a little bit better quality out of something like this for $2500.

I mean maybe my standards are too high, I don’t know.

But it’s basically just like thin stuff.

And then I had a really hard time.

The shipping was terrible on this thing.

You can see how dirty it is.

Or actually I don’t know if you can see how dirty it is, but just look at the sawdust and all the stuff that’s all over it.

It came out of the box like this.

And the heaters, I don’t know if you can see how much shit is on them, but I can’t get that off.

It’s just how they came out of the package.

And the other thing, just the quality, it just isn’t there.

This connector was smashed from the pallet.

And so I kind of had to, you’ll see in the unboxing video and the installation video, I had to sit here for like, I don’t know, 8 or 9 minutes and try to squeeze this stuff together with pliers.

Overall just these connectors suck.

They’re really cheap and they’re very difficult to put on and not cross thread them.

I don’t like how the shielding stops before it gets to the heaters.

You can see that in the other videos.

So it’s definitely not a zero or a no EMF sauna.

It is lower EMF, but there’s no such thing.

It’s false marketing.

I don’t know why I bought into it.

But overall the build quality, the J&H Lifestyles Enzi, is just lacking.
