I wanted to let you know about a place called Inner Flame Wellness.

The reason for me making this video is that what most people don’t know is that there’s different grades of infrared saunas.
The last thing that you want to do is stick you or your family member, whoever, especially if you’re health challenged.
Some people just use infrared saunas for athletic performance, other people are just trying to use it to lose weight, and other people have more serious health challenges like heavy metal toxicity and just want to sweat out toxins and things like that.
There’s another camp of folks that just want to go to the spa and relax, get away from the family and have some alone time.
No matter what it is for you, I wanted to let you know about the importance of being in a low VOC environment so that you’re not breathing in any additional toxins from poor quality woods or have a high EMF environment that could potentially make you sicker than before you started.
That’s why I wanted to let you know that the owner of Inner Flame Wellness, Toni, she’s done an excellent job at picking out really high quality equipment.
I think it’s something that you may not know if you’re searching for infrared sauna sessions in the Salt Lake area.
There’s probably a bunch of places that offer sauna sessions, but most likely they’re going to be poor quality saunas or if you’ve looked at any of the reviews from things like that, they’re not necessarily the best.
