Most “full spectrum” saunas either cut corners on the infrared or the red light therapy. This Heavenly Heat model is one of the first that actually delivers both. You get a powerful detox sweat from the far infrared heaters and true red light therapy in the right wavelength range — built into the same unit.
The vented panel design keeps the LEDs and fans out of the extreme heat, which means better performance and a longer lifespan than typical setups. It’s built solid, offers flexibility with removable panels, and combines two therapies in one space without the usual compromises.
If you’ve been looking for a real full spectrum sauna that works the way it should, this one deserves a serious look.

Most people’s idea of full-spectrum sauna is wrong. This would be closer to something where the far infrared is gonna give you a great detox penetrating sweat, and the red light therapy is gonna give you the mitochondrial lift that you’re looking for. It’s actually, I’ll get some red light therapy today.
Shall I de-robe? Yeah, you’d like that, wouldn’t you? We’re in the heavenly heat red light therapy model right now. I’m getting some red light therapy, whether I want it or not, at this moment, and the dog has worn out my shoulder, so I feel like I need it.
What are we doing now? Red light therapy review. I haven’t really used it as far as sweating like I have the other ones, so I need more seat time in that regard, but it’s very unique. A lot of times, in order to get this type of red light therapy, you either have to modify something, get a secondary, third-party panel, bring it in a sauna, and then, usually it’s inside the glass, inside the heat container, right, so the LEDs, the fan, everything is subjected to extreme heat from being in the sauna itself.
The unique thing that they’ve done is let the panel breathe to extend the lifespan, so I actually, I don’t know. I have mixed feelings on, if you could see this, I can’t see it, but I have mixed feelings on how this is mounted outside the sauna, because it kind of looks, if you pan down and you see the cord coming out the front, it’s not my favorite thing.
It doesn’t really scream like, that’s like a polished fit and finish. The only thing is, when you take this, because this doesn’t come installed, I had to put it in, and I don’t really like these wood bar things, either. The only thing is, when you take this panel out and you put the glass in, because it has a piece of glass.
hanging on the side so it has a glass window so if you want to use the red light therapy panel as a standalone unit it doesn’t have to be mounted in the sauna because you have the option to change it or to do something else i can’t really fault the the cons that i don’t like so much because if i really if it really really bothers me i could do something about it that said it has a big window i’m sorry a big glass door and a little window i said that backwards um even with the red light therapy panel in so when it with it out this is all glass where my hand is behind the panel so it’s kind of like it’s very very flexible i think that’s kind of what people like about it and it also has a true pbmt body panel that comes with the sauna and then it’s your choice how you want to set it up and i’ve said that a bunch of times in other videos that’s not anything new but what is new is having the panel vented to the outside so i don’t know a quick way to kind of go over that but longevity wise um there is a difference you know what i mean because the the components itself aren’t locked into the heat container like usual this is a max panel so it’s about i think it’s 50 milliwatts a centimeter squared uh at specified treatment distance which is perfect it doesn’t really need to be any more than that it could actually be less than that so it’s right in line it’s got the correct wavelengths um in the 600 and 800 nanometer wavelength that we all look at or look for based on the pub med research um that shows you know improvement in various blah blah blah blah that red light therapy will give you so as long as you have a device that gives you the correct wavelength that correlates to the benefit found in the research study and you have a similar treatment distance with a similar output from the device itself you should then be able to replicate those results yeah this is built like a tank some of this the mounting like especially for this was a little quirky to me uh if i were going to design it i would probably do something
a tad different and then the way that the frame went in gave me a little bit of trouble but the walls and everything are still the same super solid uh there’s nothing you know there there’s a couple things and i’ve said it since the beginning i don’t really like saunas that have a floating floor the wall kind of sits half on half off so it’s not like a true it’s not as bad but it’s also not a hundred percent of the wall on top of the floor to where if you grab a hold of the floor and try to you know slide it across the floor the whole thing stays without gripping especially on carpet remember how difficult it was so but i mean build quality wise still built like a tank walls super heavy duty uh insulative properties better than average because it doesn’t have a hollow core wall that’s uh not as some of the competition some of the competing brands on the market they’re not as dense the wall density is less so still works really good um components have been good a little a little quirkier though to assemble right like you probably want an extra hand for this one there was a little bit of finagling the rest of the components under the hood you’re basically in line with the mini the one person um all the others the only difference is this front wall heat up time in this uh it was colder because we’re in maine so this is winter or coming off winter months um so i don’t have a good comparison of heat up time for this model because the other ones when we tested them were in florida and that’s a drastic drastic difference humidity is different um ambient temperature is way way different so we’ll have to wait probably three weeks or so and then on a hot day give it a similar test this is technically a two-person it’s pretty big like i think it’s it’s spacious but just like any two-person sauna if you were in here with a spouse or something and you don’t want to be sweating shoulder to shoulder you know it’s not like it’s not like the others where you see me you know with my feet stretching up
So, this is pretty much, you know, the extent of it. It is comfy. I mean, it’s 48 by 48. Most two persons are 50 inches or under.
It’s like we always say, it really comes down to, you know, what are your needs? What are your wants? What’s your specific situation? What do you have power and space constraints that will allow, you know, a particular model to work well in your space?
On that topic, who’s the ideal customer for this? Somebody who wants red light therapy in a quicker package. Somebody who’s not going to hang a red light therapy panel in their home gym, in their bathroom, in their… Somebody who wants to combine red light therapy and sauna in order to cut down on the time.
And the way that you would use this correctly is you would turn the sauna on and get in immediately. And your intention is to not sweat right away. Your intention is to get five to 10 minutes of red light therapy while the sauna is heating up, while your skin is clean and dry.
But for somebody who doesn’t want to have some overlap in time wasting, switching therapies and doing different stuff. So a person that wants to combine, you know, red light in their sauna sessions per se, but also have dual usage equipment, right? We also don’t need to take up more space in a room in order to hang this and have an area to stand in front of it because you can just get in here.
Most people’s idea of full spectrum sauna is wrong. This would be closer to something where the far infrared is going to give you a great detox penetrating sweat. And the red light therapy is going to give you the mitochondrial lift that you’re looking for. Some of the full spectrum saunas that people are comparing this to, it’s not apples to apples comparison.
They’re looking at things like a quartz halogen heater, which is like a patio heater mounted to the back of the glass on the front wall. Those have a peak wavelength around 1600 nanometers. That’s nothing close to what this is. So the outputs aren’t the same.
They’re really not comparable. They’re just generating, you know, heat in that range.
You might get some bleed-through of red light therapy on the lower range if you tested it on a spectrometer, but you’re not going to get any meaningful output down in the 6, 7, 800 nanometer range. It just doesn’t… it falls off a cliff when you look at the graph chart like that.
Intention of this thing is to really give somebody a 2-in-1 in one space. And I forgot to mention the con. The con that you’re giving up with something like this, or a piece of equipment that has it integrated, is that you’re working with a fixed plane mount. And most people don’t know what I’m talking about when I say that.
A fixed plane means something is mounted in a specific spot and it doesn’t move. So it’s on a particular plane or wall in relation to your body. So you’re going to have a hard time to get red light therapy on your back unless you were to stand up and turn around.
Now this sauna does lend itself to being able to do that, which pretty much you could get four-sided red light therapy of your choosing if you wanted to. Most people are never going to do that. Most people are going to open the door, turn the sauna on. While it’s preheating, you know, they’re going to sit on the bench or comfy or do something else or watch something or listen to something or, you know, whatever it is that they do for their process.
They’re going to get some red light therapy. Then when the sauna starts to really heat up and they start sweating, they’re going to turn the red light therapy off. They’ll finish their session. They’ll hop in the shower.
They’ll go on about their day. You’re going to get way more red light therapy than you would in something like a sunlight and impulse. Sunlight and impulse has an LED array that’s about this size right here. And they stick it in the middle of a heater behind a grill guard, right?
And it’s going to be one, two, three, four. So you’re also dealing with a little bit of fixed plane. You’re also dealing with the tablet that’s going to cycle those off and on on a mode. You also don’t have direct line of sight except through the mesh.
And the power output of those is significantly less than anything you’re going to find for the Clearlight Sanctuary add-on and definitely less than something like this.
this. If it was dark, this whole room would be lit up from this thing. If you compare that to something like an impulse or some other product offering in the market, it’s going to be minimal compared to that. You might see a light little hue, almost like chromotherapy or something.
Overall, I like this. Yeah, I think it has a very unique, I think it has, it’s a very unique solution to somebody who has a specific issue of time, you know, they don’t want or, or space because you can fit multiple therapies in one area and longevity of the panel.
Like in the past, we wouldn’t bring certain red light therapy panels into saunas because we know that it’s going to degrade the lifetime or the longevity of the actual bulb and the, the cooling system, the fans and the heat sink because you’re sticking it in 150 degree Fahrenheit thing that not really intended for that.
The reason they have a heat sink and cooling fans is to keep them cool. So forcing them. So I like that. I like heavenly heat is thinking outside of the box and trying to get the heat sink and the fans outside of the heat container.
No other company has done that to date. And then, like I said, you have the option. You could take this out, maybe in a future video, I’ll show you how to take this out and we’ll put the glass window in. And then this thing looks really spacious because of the whole front is glass all the way down to here.
