Alright, quick little video, not question style today.
I’ve been getting a lot of questions about clear light saunas vs J&H saunas.
Pretty sure I’ve written a blog article or done a video on this in the past.
I don’t know why people aren’t finding it.
I’ll have to look into that, but just so everyone knows, I do not recommend J&H saunas at all.
They do have a lower EMF NZ model, but it just doesn’t work very well and the build quality is terrible.
You can go watch my J&H Lifestyles review video, just search for, I think it’s J&H Saunas NZ EMF Review, right?
And it’s supposed to be the zero EMF sauna that I bought from Amazon, I think a year ago or maybe even longer than that.
But the thing is, when you flip the panels upside down, you can hear sawdust and cardboard and all kinds of other things spinning around inside the panels.
It’s delivered dirty, the build quality is absolutely atrocious.
You can see in the video, I can push on the panel of the wall and you can crack it.
Literally just from putting my hand on it, the build quality is just terrible.
So I don’t know where somebody thought that I recommended a certain product line of J&H Lifestyles or J&H saunas.
I do not in any capacity.
Number two, they just don’t work very well.
I mean, the sauna that I had wasn’t heating up very good and I had to put supplemental heat in there to get a good sweat during my testing because it just sucked.
That’s not something that I recommend.
I mean, here’s how I look at it.
If I spent $2,500 on that top of the line zero EMF, which is not zero EMF by the way, zero EMF is a scam.
If something plugs into a wall, it’s going to have a minute level of EMF.
If you go look at the certified sauna list or just Google the list of certified saunas, you will see the sauna of the year, the Radiant Health sauna that I think is the best sauna for people to buy for residential use.
It tested better than everything on the planet.
It is not zero EMF.
It has a minute.
It’s very, very, very low, but it is not zero EMF.
It’s not no EMF.
There’s no such thing as zero EMF.
This is a scam.
I don’t know why it’s near zero.
People should say that, near zero, but not actually zero.
Like anyway, I digress.
You can obviously see that this grinds my gears because I’m the guy out here testing the saunas, trying to video all this shit and put it online so people can make better informed purchase decisions.
And I’m sitting here with the EMF meters and I’m reading the listing of the sauna that I just bought that says low EMF or zero EMF.
And I’m sitting here with the tools to measure it and it’s off the charts high, or it’s nowhere close to what they advertise, or this stuff happens over and over.
No one checks it.
No one says anything.
All these Amazon reviews, the glowing five-star reviews, all this stuff that say that these saunas are so great, these reviews are coming from people that have been in one sauna their whole life, except for the one at the gym.
So if they sweat a little bit and they didn’t have to do any workouts or anything, they think that’s a great sauna experience.
Meanwhile, that’s not even close to how a sauna should work.
That’s not even close to the build quality that your sauna should have.
So if you’re trying to compare a J&H Lifestyle sauna to a Clearlight sauna, and it’s not even about the two brands, they’re just in a different stratosphere.
I mean the Clearlight sauna, the build quality of a Clearlight sauna is light years ahead of a J&H sauna.
It’s just way better.
If you’re going to buy one of the two, here’s how I look at it.
If you’re going to spend $2,000 for a J&H, you’ll be wishing you would have spent $3,000 for a Clearlight because you’re going to have that thing for years and years and years.
And if you just annualize the cost basis for five or ten years, I mean it’s like a $60 difference per month to go from, you know, whatever, $2,000 to $4,000 or whatever it is.
It’s like a $600 difference per year or less, which if you bought a cheap sauna, I don’t know if this has ever happened to you before, but if you ever wanted something but you didn’t want to spend the money and you were being a cheapskate and you bought the cheaper thing and then you used it for a while and it just sucked.
You knew it sucked, you knew you made the wrong choice, and you regretted it the whole time.
And then every single time you drag that little thing out to use it or hop in whatever, whatever, it could be anything, a car.
It’s like the difference between buying a Kia and a Mercedes, right?
Except in this case, the Kia barely gets you to work, meaning the J&H barely gives you a good sweat.
So you would have wished you would have just done it right from the beginning.
Buy the Clearlite.
There’s other saunas that I recommend if you want to look on the certified sauna list or just Google the list of certified saunas.
You can see all my sauna reviews on my blog, cleverleverage.com, or you can check certifiedsaunas.com for the latest coupon codes.
You should be able to get at least $500 off using my discount code.
It’s mattjustice-500.
Again, it’s mattjustice-500.
That’ll get you $500 off your sauna purchase.
Some of the companies that I would also recommend would be Radiant Health.
Go watch my review video on that.
Really, really good sauna.
Super low EMF.
Very affordable for what you get.
Almost like a luxurious or luxury style sauna.
But if that’s not a right fit, at the end of the day, get whatever sauna brand is right for you.
But check out my reviews.
Steer clear of the crazy Consumer Reports stuff.
You’ll see separate videos on that.
And yeah, I hope you guys are having a great day.
We’ll see you in tomorrow’s video.
