Welcome to today’s video guys.
Today’s infrared sauna question is looking for the best sauna for the cost.
Hey Matt, I was looking for a sauna to help with my various health issues and I would like your expertise if possible.
I’ve had issues such as fatigue, brain fog, me too, and possibly some form of bacterial or fungal overgrowth.
I saw the three brands that you were recommending as one was particularly interested in the radiant health and clear light models.
I also saw that you were going to be reviewing the sanctuary too, but wasn’t sure when I was, when it was going up.
I’m trying to look for something in the three to $4,000 range.
Any help would be appreciated.
Look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you.
Okay.
Yeah, I can definitely help you with this.
This is an easy one.
Um, you didn’t mention anything about, um, well, you did mention a price, both the clear light premier and the radiant health would be good choices for you.
They’re both, uh, did it say what size?
I think you want a one or a two person.
It didn’t say, I don’t believe.
But, uh, one person is definitely in the lower threes of either the radiant health or the, um, clear light, a two person on in one of them is in the upper threes and maybe even pushing the fours.
Um, if it’s a fancy one or a 20 amp model, just depends on what size, excuse me.
The thing about the sanctuaries, um, for some people is a clear light premier IS2 is the largest two person sauna that they make that you can put on a 15 amp house circuit.
As soon as you go up to, the sanctuary, even though it’s a nicer sauna, it’s a luxury model.
Um, a lot of great features, right?
You, you step into a 20 amp circuit.
So if you don’t mind hiring an electrician or something like that to upgrade the electrical in your home or do a line drop, wherever you’re going to place the sauna to accommodate that no big deal.
Um, if that’s not for you, like in my case, I’m in a condo and it’s a tilt wall construction, both concrete sides and top, there’s not a chase or anything here to run any wiring.
So if you’re going to do a 20 amp circuit, you’re going to have to do a 20 amp circuit.
Um, and then you can do a 20 amp circuit.
So if you’re going to do a 20 amp circuit, you’re going to have to do a 20 amp circuit.
So if you’re going to do a 20 amp circuit, you’re going to have to do a 20 amp circuit.
So if you’re going to do a 20 amp circuit, you’re going to have to do a 20 amp circuit.
So if you’re going to do a 20 amp circuit, you’re going to have to do a 20 amp circuit.
Really, really, really expensive.
Um, or I would have to have an electrician put in an outlet in the utility closet, um, next to the actual panel and then drape a giant extension cord through the house whenever I wanted to use the sauna, which is not really something that I’m interested in doing.
Cause I like to use the delayed start feature on the radiant health and have the sauna ready to go before I’m even, you know, here, um, and things like that.
So, um, let’s see any help.
You’d be fine with either one of those.
Both of them are great choices.
Any of the three certified saunas that I have up there right now would be great fit for you.
Um, the third one might be a little bit more expensive or outside of your budget range.
So it would probably be between the clear light and the radiant.
I think the radiance a little bit cheaper.
Um, and I would probably recommend the radiant right now.
Um, it seems to be my favorite sauna.
It’s my go-to.
I mean, I have a lot of people that have a lot of radiance, but I have my choice, right?
There’s a whole bunch of saunas in the house, in the rooms.
Um, and I can use whatever I want.
I see, I tend to gravitate towards the radiant.
Um, just something about it that I really like.
Uh, you’ll like the delayed start feature.
I think you’ll like the build quality and you’ll like the price.
So, and it’s super low EMF.
It’s, it’s the lowest one that I tested.
Um, what else?
And I think that will definitely help you with some of your issues.
I too suffered from fatigue, brain fog, um, anxiety, panic stuff, weird, weird things.
Um, I started to see a difference when actually you might want to look into doing a little bit more on the detox side in combination with the sauna therapy.
So a lot of people just use the sauna, but it’s great if you start sauna-ing and then take some binders.
I have some videos out about that.
Um, you could start with something like calcium bentonite clay.
Um, shoot me an email if you want recommendations to this, or if you want me to shoot another video that talks about, you know, like the beginner’s guide to using sauna with binders.
Uh, let me know.
I can do that.
Um, I don’t want to make it if no one’s going to watch it, but if you want me to do it, I’ll do it.
Um, I’m trying to think you could do calcium bentonite clay.
Um, there’s some stuff called interos gel.
That’s Russian that I really, really like has a high affinity for aluminum.
It’s got a lot of silica in it and things like that.
Um, really just depends on what you’re trying to do, but I experienced better results when I started using binders.
I did a little bit of niacin.
I don’t do the complete niacin detox where you’re taking like three and a half grams of the stuff or working up to that over a 30 day protocol, but I do take niacin every now and then and do a flush.
I also combine that with, um, different types of binders.
I do some activated charcoal every now and then, but I’m kind of leery with activated charcoal, taking it all the time.
I want to make sure I don’t disrupt my natural, um, intestinal bacteria.
So I generally use lighter stuff that I think has less of an impact in that way.
Uh, let’s see if there’s anything else in there.
I think that pretty much does it as far as the sauna recommendations.
If I missed anything in your question, just let me know and I’ll make another video for you.
Have a great day.
