All right, Sauna Black Friday sales start today, November 1st. It’s 8.13 a.m.

These should all be live. Let’s go over a few. I think this video is mostly for group members.

We’re gonna talk about a few different brands at this point. Kind of just group them together so you have one spot and you can get all the codes, discount codes and links. Any information that you need will be in the description. I’m also gonna post this in the Facebook group. So all the group members should be able to take advantage of these discounts now.

I know everyone was gonna wait until Turkey Day or Black Friday week as they usually do it, but I think most companies are gonna do a Black Friday month. So I’ve got a lot of things coming. Every single day, we’re gonna have updates. Every single week, we’re gonna feature something new that is on sale for Black Friday, including this year for the first time ever, sauna accessories.

A lot of people have questions about, you know, they can pick out a sauna that’s great for them, but if it’s going in a basement, should it be on this type of flooring? Can you put it on carpet? Should you buy a mat? Do you have, you know, something to step out on if your feet are sweaty? Are there any accessories that people like, and you know, that I would recommend for inside? People have questions about bench cushions. People have questions about better backrests. People have questions about, you know, should you add a salt therapy or an aromatherapy or this, that, and the other?

We don’t talk about these things a lot because largely if you nail the sauna portion, you’re gonna get the health benefits. So we focus on kind of the 80-20. Most of the accessories and stuff, you know, are gonna be in the 20% category as far as, you know, benefit, but I do recognize that having something that makes your sauna experience more pleasurable and make you like it more will also make it easier to stick to a routine. You’re gonna wanna use it more. It’s more suiting to you. It’s more comfortable for you. I mean, simply adding the right backrest as opposed to the wrong one can make or break your seating position if you like to, you know, turn sideways and sit with your feet up, or if you like a particular, you know, spa, if you’re trying to create a home wellness studio in your house, doing something like, you know, adding some of the accessories that are available can make a big difference. So we’re gonna do that later this week. We’ll also talk about complimentary therapies, which would be red light therapy.

Throughout the month, I’m gonna go into rebounders. We’re gonna go into vibration plates. I’m gonna talk about different types of exercise that you should perform around sauna. I’m gonna talk about doing exercise in the sauna. A lot of people don’t know about advanced detox protocols, like things that have come from 20 years ago for firefighters and everything else. There’s also a concept that I touch on here and there called preheating the body. Basically, people don’t understand how, you know, one day it takes them 20 minutes to sweat and another day they can sweat in four minutes.

Well, there’s a lot that goes into this. Basically working off of vasodilation and blood flow, if you’re doing something around your sauna sessions and you’re not paying attention to that, it will affect your sauna session individually. Now, there’s also health complications or health challenges that people are dealing with that also complicate, you know, time to sweat. I call it time to sweat. It’s basically, you know, there’s preheat time, which is how long does it take the sauna to really heat up? There’s time to sweat, which is how long does it take your body to heat up once you’re subjected to that heat? And obviously all these metrics change whenever you’re in the sauna at a different temperature and yada, yada, yada.

So we’ll go into that in detail. We’ve got a lot of great stuff for you this month. It’s gonna be Black Friday month, all month long. I’ve never done this before. Usually it’s just a week or a weekend or Cyber Monday to Thanksgiving type stuff. So it should be really interesting, but a lot of people have tons of questions. So let’s get into the deals. So it would be a great time. I’m going to order some myself. I’m building out a basement gym for me. I’m up North right now. So it’s starting to get cold. It’s nasty out. I don’t want to have any excuses this winter if I’m up here snowmobiling to not get my workouts in or at least do a movement routine on snow days.
