Certified Wellness & Radiant Health Saunas Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By entering the Certified Wellness & Radiant Health Saunas Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

1. Eligibility
   • The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States residing in the lower 48 states, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
   • Employees, officers, and directors of Certified Wellness LLC (“Certified Wellness”) and Radiant Health Saunas, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period
   • The Giveaway begins on the start date as listed on the Certified Wellness giveaway page and ends on December 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
3. How to Enter
   • Participants may enter by visiting certifiedwellness.com/giveaway and submitting their name and email address. By entering, participants agree to subscribe to Certified Wellness’s email communications.
   • Limit one (1) entry per household. Entries exceeding this limit may be disqualified at Certified Wellness’s discretion.
4. Prize
   • The prize is a Radiant Health E-2H sauna, with an estimated retail value of over $5,000 USD.
   • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for any other item. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
   • The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries. The drawing will be conducted within 5 business days following the Giveaway’s end date.
   • Certified Wellness will notify the potential winner via the email address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected at Certified Wellness’s discretion.
   • The winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within a specified time.
6. Prize Delivery
   • Radiant Health Saunas will arrange delivery of the sauna to the winner’s residential address within the lower 48 United States. Shipping costs are covered for eligible addresses; however, any additional delivery fees may apply for remote or inaccessible locations.
7. Tax Obligations
   • The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt and use of the prize.
8. Health Disclaimer
   • The use of any health-related products, including the Radiant Health E-2H sauna, should be done with discretion and under consultation with a healthcare provider if necessary. Certified Wellness and Radiant Health Saunas make no health claims regarding the prize and are not responsible for any health-related issues that may arise from its use.
9. General Conditions
   • By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Certified Wellness, Radiant Health Saunas, their affiliates, and respective employees from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
   • Certified Wellness reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these terms.
10. Social Media and Third-Party Disclaimers
    • This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, mattistered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other third-party platform. By participating, you agree to release these platforms from any liability related to the Giveaway.
11. Privacy
    • Information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with the Certified Wellness Privacy Policy. Participants consent to the use of their personal information for the purpose of mattistering the Giveaway and for receiving future promotional emails from Certified Wellness.
