I mean, that’s a broad question.
I really need more details to truly help you.
How to choose the best low EMF sauna?
Well, everyone’s looking for the best low EMF sauna, right?
Few people realize how deceptive the infrared sauna industry really is.
And that’s why I started certifiedsaunas.com.
I test the saunas front to back for all types of EMF.
As you can see in a lot of my other videos, most sauna companies only show you the results of one type of EMF, or they defer to some third-party EMF report.
Most of the time that stuff is bogus and doesn’t really check out.
When I’ve bought saunas before that claimed to be low EMF, it was false advertising.
Or when I bought saunas before that claimed to be low EMF, they would have a huge surge of another type of EMF that they didn’t show in the report or in their marketing or on video or in the screenshots.
And so that’s kind of the point of doing the live video testing for certifiedsaunas.com.

Ah. (laughs) I want to give you a hard time here, but really what I’m getting at is if you haven’t watched the videos, the whole, the gold for certified, the list of certified saunas is in the videos.
So if you’re looking at a clear light sauna, or if you’re looking at a radiant health sauna, or you’re looking at a high-tech health sauna or whatever, and you’re trying to assess whether that is the right choice for you, if it’s truly low EMF compared to what other sauna company is telling you or trying to sell you on, or proclaiming, or blah, blah, blah, the real gold or the real thing that cuts through the noise is to watch the videos where I take all the meters, I go through the sauna, we test them for magnetic fields, electric fields, RF radiation.
We’d also do a body voltage check to make sure that I didn’t miss anything.
And then most of these saunas, you know, I really use them for a long time.
I buy them, I make sure that the sauna companies treat the customers well, ’cause that’s a big thing too.
I mean, there’s some sauna companies out there that make nice-looking saunas and well-built saunas.
They’re generally not low EMF, but the sales teams are just aggressive as hell, right?
So you go on the website and you give them your email address or whatever.
I like calling companies because then it’s just like, no, I don’t want you to send anything to my house, you’re not getting my address.
If the price is right, I’ll buy it.
Don’t worry, let me do my due diligence and I’ll get back to you.
But we all know, we’ve all seen this happen or it’s happened to us.
You know, you put your email in to get pricing because they like to hold that stuff hostage, which is crazy.
And then all of a sudden you just get hounded day after day after day.
I don’t really buy from companies like that.
I don’t wanna do business with companies like that.
So, you know, that’s a big part of it too.
Let’s see, what else was in here?
A lot of, you know, a lot of sauna companies, especially for people fighting chronic illness or that are EHS sensitive, have electro hypersensitivity, or somebody that’s, you know, fighting some type of chronic disease or something that’s particularly difficult to deal with.
A lot of people that have tons of fatigue or Lyme or things like that.
It’s almost like sauna companies try to make things complicated and have this big long dialogue about, you know, which sauna company is best or why theirs is better than the next.
There’s really no reason to have these big long discussions about it.
People are basically just telling you their opinion of the sauna when they do that.
Forget all that.
What we’re gonna do for certified saunas is we’re gonna get in the damn thing and see for ourselves.
That’s the point of the videos.
So earlier, I wanted to give you a hard time because if you’re not watching the videos, you’re gonna miss, you know, half of, you’re gonna miss 50% of the stuff that you really wanted to see.
So I think what you need is in there, actually, if you go watch the EMF reviews where I test them.
But when we get done with those videos, I mean, there’s no question as to whether or not the sauna is low EMF.

And there really isn’t anything to talk about after you see these videos.
The results, the information that you’re looking for is within them.
I don’t really know how to, that would be my recommendation.
Watch the live EMF testing because there’s really no reason to have like a big long discourse with a sauna company about one of those particular brands after you see the video.
I think everything that you need to make an educated purchase decision is in there.
They’re free.
It’s not like anybody is holding them over your head or charging for the info.
I would just make time and see if you can watch a couple of those for whatever brand that you’re interested in.
