Hey there have been researching buying an infrared sauna and came across your blogs and reviews. I am located in Canada and have contacted Radiant Health and have some quotes from them but i did go in to my local spa company and they had a similar sauna they make but i wasn’t sure if you have had any reviews or thoughts on it this sauna. The price is considerably lower at my local store.
Thanks very much,
Lindsay

Alright, another infrared sauna question today.
This is about Canadian saunas for Lindsay.
“Hey there, I have been researching buying an infrared sauna and came across your blogs and reviews.
I’m located in Canada and have contacted Radiant Health and have some quotes from them, but I did go into my local spa company and they had a similar sauna they make, but I wasn’t sure if you had any reviews or thoughts on this sauna.
The price is considerably lower at my local store.
Here is the link if you have time.
I would love to know your thoughts on it.”
Thanks very much.
So this is a Canadian spa company sauna.
I don’t represent these people so I probably won’t do a screenshot or put any pictures up on the video, but it’s basically a 1-2 person far infrared sauna.
It looks pretty basic.
It’s $23.99 on the website.
It looks fine.
I don’t see any mention of industry safety expectations with average EMF levels of 1.3 mGy, 42 times lower than competing saunas.
Well that’s accurate if you’re comparing it to a Costco or Amazon sauna.
I don’t see any mention of electric fields.
So I can’t comment on this.
They did have these.
Before I got into saunas they had these outside of Lowe’s or something like that.
It looks like a very simple sauna.
I don’t see anything super alarming.
It just looks like a bare bones product.
I would just ask them.
The way that you know, I mean you can vet any sauna company without buying EMF meters or without seeing my videos.
You just say “Hey, what are the electric fields in the sauna?
What are the magnetic fields in the sauna?
What’s the RF radiation?”
Those are the three types of EMF that can be present in any sauna brand.
It doesn’t matter what it is.
It doesn’t matter what I say or what anyone says.
That can be present by anything that plugs into a wall or that has like a transmitter in it like a stereo system or Wi-Fi or Bluetooth.
And I would just ask them.
And if you get some generic response like you know, they show you a picture of a tri-field meter on a single setting and it looks kind of low, you can say “Okay, well that’s great.
Thanks for showing me the magnetic fields.
What are the electric fields?
What’s the body voltage?
What’s the RF radiation?”
And if they give you some stupid canned response like you know, a cell phone has an EMF level of 20, our saunas all have an EMF level of under 10, then you know it’s bullshit.
I mean they’re just jerking your chain.
They either don’t know what they’re talking about or they just don’t care to test the saunas that they sell thoroughly.
So that would be my recommendation.
And you know, maybe it’s a good sauna, maybe it’s not.
But you can kind of vet or evaluate.
Just reply to this video and tell me what the levels are.
If the magnetic fields are under say, 2-3 mGauss throughout the whole sauna, got electric fields under you know, 2-300 volts per meter, and it’s got body voltage of under 200 mV, yeah, I think you’d be fine with it.
You may have a difficulty coming across that information, but it’s not hard to test the sauna.
So if a company, I don’t know anything about these folks, so if the company is resistant to giving you this info, then you know, at $23.99 for a one person sauna, I think you can get a one person sauna from Radiant Health.
If you use coupon code Matt-Justice-500 that Randy, the owner, sent over, that’ll get Clever Leverage Readers $500 off the retail price.
So I think for like $400-$500, you can have a rock solid Radiant Health.
So if it’s something that you’re going to use for 10 years, you know, a $500 difference or savings really isn’t that much per year.
At least that’s how I look at it.
That doesn’t work for everybody, but you know, that’s, to me, I would rather pay a little bit more money and have peace of mind for years to come for something that I’m going to have in my house.
But I hope that helps.
Let’s see if there’s anything else.
Lindsay?
I don’t think there is.
If I missed something, let me know in the YouTube comments, and I’ll see you in the next video.
