Hi Matt,
After having a discussion with David Dremmel with ClearLight we are thinking we want to go with a ClearLight Sanctuary Y 4 Person Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna and Hot Yoga Room. We are thinking we might use it for Yoga and stretching after exercise while in it. However, it will be very rare 4 people will use it at the same time and actually it will typically be just one person. David Dremmel said most people come back and say they would go bigger. We are wondering your thought on the size and our thoughts on potential uses? We are also wondering your thoughts on the full spectrum? It is a lot of money and wanted to get your thoughts before we buy and order one.

Welcome back guys.
All right, today’s question is by Tony.
He says, “After talking to David Dremel with Clearlight, “we were considering a Clearlight Sanctuary Y “four-person full-spectrum infrared sauna “in hot yoga room.”
Man, that’s a mouthful.
For everybody that doesn’t know what that is, it’s a very large sauna with no benches in it so that you can do yoga.
It’s basically a sauna designed specifically for yoga.
Some of the other four-person models have a single bench in there that you can take out from various companies.
Anyway, he goes on to say, “I was wondering about your thoughts on this sauna.
“I was thinking I could do after my exercise stretching, “and my wife likes the idea of doing yoga in the sauna, “in addition to sitting in there or doing meditation.”
Hi, Tony.
I think it’s probably the best option if you’re looking for a yoga sauna.
You don’t see it on the certified sauna list because I generally don’t put the Clearlight Sanctuaries on there, only because the electric fields and the body voltage is a little bit higher for some of the EHS people, but it’s not above the threshold for what I would consider okay to use.
I would use it and feel comfortable and confident using it in there.
If you are looking for a yoga sauna, that is the one that I would recommend.
The only other thing that’s close to that is the ADA sauna, which is the wheelchair-compliant sauna with the little ramp in the front.
It has the big glass door and everything on the front wall.
But I think for what you described, for what you and your wife wanna do, yeah, probably the Clearlight Sanctuary Y is definitely the sauna for you.
There isn’t anything else that I have in the arsenal that I would recommend over that.
So yeah, that’s my thoughts on it.
If you have any other questions, let me know in the comments below, and I can make you another YouTube video.
