These are the best infrared saunas: https://cleverleverage.com/certified-saunas/

Because I had a hell of a time when I was getting into saunas.
I mean it’s so ridiculous and it’s getting worse and worse and worse as the years go on.
I mean you’ve got people out there saying that oh my god you’ve got to have a near-infrared sauna now in order to penetrate all the way to the bone and get a complete detox.
Then you’ve got the other people to say no don’t use near-infrared, use far-infrared.
And then you’ve got the other group that says oh you can’t just use far-infrared or near-infrared, you’ve got to have full spectrum.
It’s like come on guys, you’re getting so far away from the essence of what a sauna is supposed to do that people are so confused they research saunas for six to eight months and they never buy a damn thing.
So who is that serving?
It’s not serving anyone.
And worst of all the person that it’s truly harming is the guy or gal out there that really needs to detox or really needs to have a sauna in their own home so they can use it on the daily so they can get those toxins out and get their health back or at least maintain longevity for the future so they can live a full life.
And so the unfortunate thing is all this crap, all this bullshit is perpetuating that timeline and putting it further out.
It’s putting it further out.
That person that’s researching saunas for six, eight months, two years even, you wouldn’t be surprised.
You would be shocked at how many people I talk to that have been researching saunas from a year and a half to two and a half years and have never bought one because, you know, they start looking one night, they research, research, they think they’ve got their mind set on one, they go to call and then they get rubbed the wrong way or then this happens or you know something happens and they’re just like, “Ah, screw it because it’s too much.
I can’t handle the people.
They’re so pushy.
They keep telling me that theirs the best.
Everyone else sucks.
I can’t make heads or tails out of it.”
You know, blah, blah, blah.
The thing just goes on and on.
And the worst part, excuse me, I’ve said it before, is that year and a half to two years is time that person’s never going to get back.
So if a sauna is going to really help them or at least they’re going to get incremental benefits from it every year that they use it consecutively, I mean that’s just that much more time that that person is prolonging improved health or better longevity or better quality of life or whatever.
And to me that’s the unfortunate thing.
It’s not the money.
It’s not all this other shit.
That’s the thing that really kills me is because when my health was at its worst I would have given anything to improve it.
And trying to wade through a sludge pile of a sauna industry and make an educated purchase decision is damn near impossible at this point.
So I present my own findings.
I tell you what I think you should do, what I do for myself.
That’s the most important part.
The proof is in the pudding.
If you see me using the damn thing, if you see me changing something, if you see me, you know, whatever you see me in, what I’m doing for myself, I mean that’s the greatest proof in the pudding right there.
What else is there to say?
You know, but I understand people have a lot of questions.
It’s not three or four hundred bucks.
You know, it’s three or four or five thousand dollars.
I get it.
I was, I’ve been there many times.
But all I can tell you is that, you know, at the end of the day whatever I promote is what I choose for myself and for my family.
And obviously that’s what I recommend.
You know, since I’m a user of it first.
But there’s no law, you know, stating that you have to follow in my footsteps.
So if you don’t like something, if you don’t agree with what I’m saying, or whatever, find somebody.
There’s more than just me that talks about saunas and tests them.
Granted, there’s probably not very many people that test them as thoroughly as I do.
And I damn sure don’t just…
I hate that.
The camera just cuts off.
Okay.
Good thing I have a little handy-dandy remote.
Turn it back on.
And I damn sure don’t just sit there in front of the computer and make videos by pulling up pictures of the sauna from the company website and tell you everything that I don’t like about it.
I mean, people have stopped finally, but people used to email me these videos from other sauna guys and stuff.
And it’s nothing more than a screen capture of the guy’s computer screen.
He pulls up pictures from the company, the sauna company website, and then tells you all the bad things about it.
And then basically that you should join his sauna group and then buy his.
It’s like, dude, people’s BS detectors are a little better than that.
We’re not looking to join a cult.
We’re looking to heal and improve our quality of life and have better longevity.
I don’t know if that fear-based approach or that forcefulness approach works for some people, but it’s a pretty icky feeling to me.
I’m just not down with that.
It doesn’t resonate with me at all.
I would never buy anything from someone like that.
There’s nothing that I can learn from somebody who does that.
So if people aren’t willing to have skin in the game and test things for themselves and talk about saunas or products from experience…
