Radiant Health has been one of the most consistent sauna brands that I’ve ever tested, but a lot has changed for 2025. I spent the last 7 years testing over 40 sauna brands, and when I first started, I wasted money and made the wrong decisions because of bad information.

So for the entire month of November, I’m making this as easy as possible for all subscribers and group members. There’s a ton of Black Friday deals going on right now, and I don’t want anyone to buy the wrong sauna or skip a deal because they’re overwhelmed with information.

Even if they were in the exact same discount, the actual price of the sauna has to go up by next year. Yeah. I mean, the tariffs and everything else, the volatility in the market and everything else, the cost of manufacturing is going up. So who’s going to absorb that?

When I first started working with you, this is like the go-to one that was there because at that point, I don’t think things like Heavenly Heat, well, they did exist, but they hadn’t been revamped. There were some competitors that were still ironing out things, but Radiant Health was like the best that you could get at the point when I first started working with you, right? Still is. I’m sitting in one right now.

So how many different models have you had specifically from Radiant Health? Oh, man. First one I got in 2019, I still have it. That one’s not here though. That’s in Florida. That is a Corner EC3H, still kicking, made a 1500 mile road trip. We talked about it in other videos. So Corner, one person in that tight spot. Also a small one for my mom. Different house was the E2H. This is an E2.5. I’ve also had another. How many is that? I think four different sizes, four models.

And out of those, for you specifically, you like the E2.5, right? Yeah. The one I’m sitting in right now. Personally, if I was going to own a multi-person sauna, that’s probably the sauna I’d buy.

Is there anything that you see that through the years of owning all these models has really stood out to be like, okay, well actually to me, Radiant Health is known for this. Yeah, there’s a couple of things. I mean, you got all the regular stuff like safety, performance, materials, service. Everyone harps on some company’s better warranty than another, but I’ll tell you what, anytime somebody needs something, one of these, their right stuff just shows up or they just take care of you. It’s not like, I don’t see a lot of complaints where people are left high and dry, whether you have a lifetime warranty or not.

For me though, there’s two things that really stand out for this that’s not like in a brochure. Number one is that you don’t need the warranty because they don’t break. I’ve had a bunch of friends and family, I’ve had a bunch of them short of me, like we’re doing here, this is a big sauna, so we’re able to film like this. It’s hard to get the angles right and everything else straight, but so big.

Sometimes we can bring in stuff here that’s really heavy, like a big camera mount, three pounds of steel. If I drop that on a floor heater or something, they used to be dial inserts. That’s the only time that I’ve ever really damaged one and it still worked. My experience with these things is that they’re just bulletproof compared to other stuff.

I know some people don’t like the antiquated tech or that it still has a marine radio in it or this, that, and the other, but I mean, if you had some fancy thing and you only use it a few months a year because they’re constantly replacing parts or it had a tablet in it that was going out or they send you replacement parts and it’s like, oh wow, that serial number doesn’t match up with the unit that we have and it’s not plug and play. It’s a disaster. You just get frustrated with it and you wish you would have had something lower tech. This is it. This is, you know, the tried and true.

The second thing you asked what really stands out that, you know, aside from just being most reliable thing that we’ve ever had, the heater layout, the performance, it’s pretty much unmatched. If you look at the FLIR footage, there’s no other sauna on the market that looks like this. I know companies say that they do, but look at the FLIR footage itself. When you pan in here with a FLIR gun and you look around, in every single other sauna, there’s giant blue spots. What do you see in this sauna? Hardly any blue spots. What does that mean? Regardless of temperature, your body is receiving more far infrared the entire time and you’re completely wrapped. It’s got heater in the front, heater on the sides, heater on the floor, heaters for the legs, heater on the bench. You can see what’s behind me. There’s no shortage of performance or heater coverage, far infrared output in here, whereas in other saunas, they might have the tech, but it doesn’t look like this and it doesn’t feel like.

Once you try it, I mean, look in the Facebook group. People are like, oh, I had a clear light. I moved, lost it. I bought a radiant health. Wow. It works so much better. Other people, I had a sunlight and, oh, I loved it. It was so nice, but I didn’t know what I was missing. We bought a radiant health and oh my God, I don’t have to wait two hours for it to heat up. You can just go on down the list. I’ve never had any experiences like that.

That’s a big thing that I see with anyone who uses a, I’m going to put this in a category of regular saunas, so like saunas that underperform or that are cheaper or lower end. When they use those saunas for a while and then you see them switch over to any of the ones on your certified sauna list, pretty much anyone on there, their immediate response is wow, I didn’t know what I was missing and that is something that I’ve heard you say in videos before that I actually think is a huge, I think it’s a huge point. You’ve got no idea what you’re missing until you’ve tried one of these nicer saunas. Yeah, you really don’t.

I mean, it’s, you know, the thing that I don’t like, a kind of a gripe of mine is that everyone thinks that it’s about money. You know, it’s unfortunate that generally the better performing products do cost more, but you know that we have found some cheaper products that have great heater layouts that do perform well, but you’re going to sacrifice something. It may not have the safety standard, it may not have the build quality, it may not have the same materials or you don’t like this or you don’t like that.

It’s like, I don’t know how you’re going to get all of this stuff without paying a premium for it, but at least if we can help people understand what is making the difference inside the sauna for your heat therapy session. So even if you miss, you know, some of those other points that I just said, are you still getting health benefit? Are you still getting core temperature increase? Are you still getting, you know, a great quality sauna session in a reasonable amount of time? Is the product offering something that you can use, whether you live in an apartment, a condo, you know, someplace with an HOA and they don’t allow you to change anything, people are in different, you know, situations.

And so our job is to just make sure that the thing can offer, you know, the most benefit to you as possible that works inside your lifestyle. I have to tell you, the Radiant Health series has just nailed it for that. You’ve got options that fit in a spare bedroom or on a 45 degree angle. One person saunas that’ll fit pretty much anywhere. Big ones like this. If you’ve got space for it, a home gym, garage gym, basement, they’re just, they’re good.

Are you getting a better sweat mat than other saunas in that budget range? Oh yeah. I mean, look at the Costco people, nothing wrong with the Costco as long as you know what you’re getting. I still think you should buy the Life Pro over the Costco just because it works better. But yes, look at half the people that buy the Costco that’s missing the floor heaters or missing the sidewall heat.

They’re having to do things like add heat lamps to them, put a circulation fan inside to try and circulate the heat. Why? Because it’s just like the one that we tested. My feet are cold and dry. I kind of get like a half sauna session waist up. Other than that, it’s great. It goes to, I don’t like how it goes together. It’s not like it’s out of bounds or anything that is, um, you know, within reason that would be another option.

I think, I think a lot of people don’t understand that there is no, you know, phantom option that no one knows about that’s going to take all your, all your boxes and you’re searching for a needle in a haystack. When we have all the needles, we have everything in the haystack and when you compare them, regardless of temperature or all the other things that people ask about, these tend to perform better overall, regardless of what that little screens.

I think radiant health is one of the, in my opinion, the top, you know, performers in actual EMF mitigation and doing a good job with transparency on what their product actually does. It’s number one. There’s no other company on the market right now today that has the test as well as the sauna.

Electromagnetic fields, anything that plugs into a wall is going to have some got AC current oscillating 56 Hertz. This is an extension of whatever that is. 10 years ago, it was a huge scare because people were putting a hundred milligauss AC magnetic, uh, infrared emitters right behind your spine, right behind your head. Not ideal, especially for people that are health challenged. Some cases create more sensitivity.

A lot of things have changed though, you know, five years later, it progressed quite a bit. Now, five years later, again, it’s progressed a lot of it, but the problem is people are paying for low EMF, but not getting low. Everything says hardly anything is truly that the whole reason that we asked them. And radiant health is one of the companies that you’ve seen, you’ve tested third party with a ton of meters and what they claim on their website is what actually

In the sauna. Yeah, a hundred percent. Most companies will say that it’s low EMF, show you like a spot check. They’ll take a heater out of the sauna, hang it from a chain on a testing bench in a lab, stick a probe up to it and say, Hey, see our sauna is low EMF, but that’s not testing the sauna in its native environment, like how you’re going to use it when it’s all put together.

You could take the measurements that they have from that one heater and multiply it times eight, right? Then you have the wiring in the, then you have the controller, then you have the power supply under your seat or the bench, then you have the electronics in the ceiling. So they’re kind of just manipulating the data to make you think that it’s one way so that you’ll just buy it. They don’t really care about delivering something to the customer.

Radiant health, they do actually care. They do check, they do design it to be a certain way. And every single model that I’ve had checks out. So that makes a huge difference for us. We don’t have to worry about using something that’s found to be safe in 20 years. It’s not worth it to me to try to save $1,500 or $2,000 and potentially have a piece of equipment that, you know, when we find out new research, you know, three decades from now, you know, I could have had something that was a little healthier.

So that amount of money over that span of time just doesn’t make any sense for my health. Maybe if somebody hadn’t been through, you know, leukemia or had health challenges or anything like that, they probably don’t care that much. And that’s totally fine. We’re not here to shift anyone’s beliefs on it, but if you do have an awareness around it, or if it is important to you, there’s no other sauna on the market that’s this low in electromagnetic fields, which means electric fields and magnetic fields. It’s a plural term, not just one value.

Stupid videos where somebody just shows you one thing. Meanwhile, there’s another selection on the exact same meter that they’re not showing you, not showing it to you because it’s sky high. They already have the equipment, they’re already making the video, why not show you the other thing? They’re not showing it to you because it’s not going to look good when you pay more for these things.

In my opinion, and I want to hear your opinion about it, you do get that higher quality standard with everything. Yeah. Fit and finish is great. It also looks better in the room. Like the exterior aesthetics, the wood grain is better. Like it’s more, it’s, you know, it’s more pleasant. It looks like a piece of high-end furniture rather than some MDF box, you know, gather something like that.

Or it’s got like a spray-on fake faux wood finish on the outside or some type of veneer that’s stained or none of that stuff. Has anything changed for Radiant Health in 2025 or is this the same consistency we’ve seen throughout the last at least five years? Same consistency, same bulletproof products, same service. I mean, customer service is even getting better.

And I mean, we do see some damage on some group members, Radiant Health saunas from time to time, but it’s usually from shipping or like some type of mishap. And we’re talking one or two out of a hundred. So it’s, it’s a, the only time that we ever see them like actually have trouble or damaged, you know, things happen. Sometimes they get stabbed with a forklift fork, you know, in the warehouse when the guys, you know, in a hurry on a Friday wants to go home early or something, you know, they’re quick to fix it.

We’ve never had any issues that couldn’t be rectified. Don’t have the issues like with the other saunas where it’s got all this fancy app controller and everything, but it doesn’t connect right to the internet or you’ve got to have a certain type of router for it to work or the ones with the LCD screens in, like we talked about those go out and then you can’t use the sauna and none of that stuff. Very, very, very reliable. The most reliable that we’ve had.

There’s a few different brands that you have on the certified sauna list. A lot of them are having discounts. And if someone is really debating on what sauna to buy this year, they’re gonna pull the trigger this year though, during this, you know, the sale that they’re having in November, who, who is the ideal customer for Radiant Health? Well, that’s hard for me to answer, man. It’s going to come down to a couple of things.

If you look at the contradiction, I call them contradiction, right? If you do at the Q and A, you take a look at the Q and A’s that we do for group members inside the Facebook group. When I have time, I try to ask, I try to do like individual recommendations for our group members because you might have somebody that is dead set on putting a sauna outside. Then they figure out that, you know, it’s either going to be covered or not covered or they can’t get the power there. They move to a spare bedroom or something like that.

And you’ll see this switch. Sometimes we’ll say, Oh, go with heavenly heat or something because Radiant Health doesn’t make an outdoor, right? So as much as we like one brand, sometimes certain brands are a better fit for that individual. So to answer your question, it’s probably everything that we said up until this point. If you’re looking for something that is the most reliable, if you’re looking for something that is going to last a long time, you know, is built in a premium way, I mean, you’re going to pay for it. They’re not cheap.

But also has the safety standards, has the heater layout, has the performance, has EMF and ELF so low that you just don’t need to worry about it. It’s kind of like, if you’re a person that cares about that, this is an easy peace of mind decision there. If you’re a person that has chemical sensitivities, we use these all the time. Canadian Hemlock. There’s no VOCs in here, no off-gassing.

Your person that has severe sensitivities, the only thing that we recommend is that you take the sauna apart out of the box, take the styrofoam and the plastic off of the pieces, wipe it down, vacuum it off, just leave it in the garage for about two weeks. But that’s, no one really needs to do that except for people that like can’t use soap on their hands type of thing, right?

But what I’m saying is, even in those severe cases, this is a great choice for those folks because we try to do it with a Basswood sauna from another brand or a different Hemlock from a different brand. And for some reason, the wood smell is just too strong. They have a different manufacturing process. We’re not able to get them to air out. We’re not able to have like hardly any VOCs at all. So those people are still reacting to those much, much better.

So if any of the safety concerns are a top priority for you, this is a no brainer. That’s definitely an ideal fit for that person. Yeah, if you’re an athlete that’s training, you have a garage gym or something like that, you want to do contrast therapy, sauna, you don’t want to have like a traditional wood burning sauna and wait an hour for the damn thing to heat up or have to tend to a fire or anything like that.

This is a great fit, works awesome for garage and typically a larger, powerful sauna like this, you already have a 20 amp breaker in the garage because by code, usually garage door openers require it. So a lot of times they’ll pair that with another outlet that’s on the wall that’s just plugs right in. You don’t have to do anything. So great fit for that application to athletes who are training.

Performance people. I mean, this is the best heater layout in the industry. It’s hard to top that.
