What’s going on guys?

Welcome to the intro video for the Sana EMF Masterclass.

I am your host, Matt Justice from CleverLeverage.com or soon to be CertifiedSanas.com.

That’s meant to be a little bit of a joke.

If you don’t know, I sold infrared saunas for the year of 2018 and I stopped towards the end and I’m currently not selling saunas.

So the EMF Sana Masterclass or the Sana EMF Masterclass if I can say it right, it’s kind of a tongue twister, is really just kind of like a public service thing that I wanted to put out.

It was such a struggle for me when I was first starting out on my health journey, trying to figure out which sauna was good, which sauna was bad.

You know, you talk to the sauna sales people, everyone tells you that their sauna is the best.

They all say that they have low EMF.

One tells you that you need this type of wood.

Other one tells you that it has to be full spectrum or near infrared.

Some say far infrared, blah, blah, blah.

And the list just goes on and on.

And then at the end, they’re like, “These are MasterCard.

How would you like to pay for it?”

$5,500 to date.

Like, they act like it’s a $200 or $300 purchase decision and not some giant thing that comes on a truck that’s on a pallet that you only want to buy once.

So I thought that it would be extremely helpful to do a sauna EMF Masterclass for free.

It’s not something that I sell.

Just in my spare time, I’ve been putting it together.

So here we go.

I’m going to be referencing my phone just to kind of keep me on track because some of the EMF stuff can get very cumbersome and it’s very easy to get off track and get complicated.

So I’ve got some notes.

So if you see me looking down or around or something like that, reaching for things, I’m just going according to the notes and referencing that to keep me on track.

The first thing that people want to know usually is why am I doing this?

Well, particularly, you know, sure, it’s great to make extra money from selling saunas.

But right now, I’m not selling saunas.

Maybe later in 2019, I’ll start doing it again, but it’s not my primary job and it’s never going to approach the income that I can generate from other businesses or from my primary job.

So it’s just something that I do in my free time because I like it and it allows me to write off health equipment for my own journey because we’re trying to generate a profit.

So it’s very easy to start a little side business.

Whether or not it makes money doesn’t really matter.

Whether or not I start selling saunas again in 2019 doesn’t really matter.

This information is not to promote anything in particular.

It’s not about any one sauna in particular.

As you can see, there’s multiple saunas behind me.

We’ll just pick one at random to show you different things with the EMF meters.

It’s really just to arm you with the education that you need to navigate this industry in regards to EMFs specifically.

I formulated some notes for the structure of the video based on questions that I have gotten in the past.

And so why am I doing this?

Well, it’s kind of personal.

That’s why.

It was a personal struggle for me in 2017 and 2018.

I got on these forums and online review sites and I’d go on YouTube review videos and Facebook groups and all this and everyone would say, “You’ve got to buy this sauna.

This one’s the best and this one’s the only one that penetrates to the bone and gives you a complete detox and oh, it’s got to be full spectrum and oh, don’t use near infrared because it’s harmful to your eyes and oh, don’t use far infrared.

Use near infrared so that you get the skin healing benefits and it gives you a deeper detox.”

And it’s like, “Oh my God.”

And so when it comes to the EMFs, it was so much worse.

It was like you’d get on the phone with a sauna salesperson and it’s like, “Okay, you know, you have EMF levels and they tell you that they have these third party verifications and blah, blah, blah.”

And then, you know, I’d go on Amazon and I would buy a ultra low EMF sauna.

I’d get it.

I had an EMF meter or two at the time, not all the meters or test equipment that you see in this room now to really know what’s going on but I had a meter or two and I would check it and it was 80 milligauss, 90 milligauss, you know, right next to my shoulder, right next to my head.

And it’s like, “Okay.”

That was kind of like the awakening moment for me.

If Costco and Amazon and Home Depot and all these major online retailers were allowing these false advertisements to be perpetuated because they’re so big, they don’t police the stuff, you know, it just made it that much more difficult.

And it’s like, it creates mistrust and then you get on the phone with the high-end sauna companies and they want $6,500, $7,500 for a sauna.

They assure you that it’s low EMF and they tell you that they have these third party EMF reports.

But then when you really dive into the third party EMF reports, some of them take a single heater out of the sauna, they ship it to a lab in another state and then they hang it from a forklift and do some EMF testing.

Well, you may or may not know this, but when you do EMF testing, it has to be in the native environment that your body is going to be subjected to.

So if you were to take a heater out of a sauna and measure it, even if I were to do that here behind me in the room, you’re going to get different levels with it hanging outside of the sauna than you are when it’s in the sauna for two reasons.

Number one is obvious, you’re measuring one heater instead of like six or eight heaters.

Number two, the electrical wiring in the walls, the control panel, all the electronics under the seat and in the roof can, not always, but they can and usually do contribute to the overall EMF levels that you find in the sauna as a whole.

So anytime you alter the native environment of the sauna that your body will be sitting in, it’s not a true level, it’s not a true measurement, it’s not a true test.

So I would later learn that most of these third party EMF reports are bullshit.

It’s very clever and it also could be used to reduce liability of a sauna company.

You could just blame the company if anybody ever found out about something that was harmful.

But the point is, me as a consumer, it’s like, “Well, this is not a cheap item for me.

I’m not going to sit here and just take your word for it anymore because half you people are lying and everyone says that their brand is the best and oh, you’ve got to have this and you’ve got to do that and blah, blah, blah.”

And it’s like, “Okay, well there’s study after study after study that shows the harmful effects of magnetic fields.”

And then some companies don’t believe certain types of EMF are harmful and other people say that it is.

So where do we draw the line?

What I know to be true is that if you can put yourself in the lowest EMF environment possible, especially when you’re trying to sweat or detox or heal and you want the body to not switch from parasympathetic to sympathetic at the wrong time and you want to have relaxation so that the lymphatic system can be as relaxed as possible and you can dump any toxins that you need at a quicker rate and reduce your overall EMF exposure, why wouldn’t anyone want the lowest possible environment?

So to me, it’s not a debate about what’s harmful or what’s not harmful.

It’s either there or it isn’t there.

And as 2019 comes upon us, I’m going to tighten up the EMF recommendations or the EMF thresholds that I set for the saunas.

In the past, I was a little lenient with this.

There were certain things that didn’t matter to me and that I don’t think were really detrimental to people.

But then, it’s kind of an ethical obligation that I have to myself and just being genuine to people out there.

You know, I take this very seriously.

And so when I found out that there’s other options in the marketplace that don’t have hardly any EMF, I thought it was necessary to one, get that for myself because that’s what I want to use.

A lot of people have to remember that my infrared sauna reviews come from a very different place.

I often talk to people on the phone about this whole sauna stuff and why I’m willing to help people and do this.

My explanation is very much the same every single time.

This comes from, me doing this comes from a place of being personally desperate, being personally frustrated.

It wasn’t like I woke up one day and I was like, “Oh, let’s start a sauna business because I think it’ll make money.”

To me, there’s not a lot of money in saunas, especially not for a one-man show unless I wanted to manufacture my own and get in the business, which I don’t.

The idea of shipping 300-pound pallets across the country is not appealing to me.

I’m more of a, I’m in a different business.

But it’s a very different place that you’re coming from when it’s been a personal struggle and a personal frustration and you’ve attempted to solve it for yourself and you decide to share that information.

It comes across people much differently and people’s BS detectors are very good these days and they just know.

You can look at my stuff and you’re like, “Oh, wow.

Okay.

Yeah, the guy sells saunas at the end, but number one, it didn’t start that way and number two, it’s not like there’s any pressure to do one thing or another.

It’s just here’s the facts.

Here’s the saunas that test well.

If you want one, great.

Here’s a discount code or you can buy it through this person or this person or whatever and they won’t hound the absolute shit out of you like some of the sauna companies.

I mean, God knows you give your contact information over one time just to get the price, which should be blatantly obvious on the website, but they all do that.

And then next thing you know, this guy’s calling you day after day, “Ready to buy a sauna?

Ready to buy a sauna?

Ready to buy a sauna?”

Man, relax a little bit.

I need this for my health.

If it’s right for me, I’m going to buy it.

So just chill out.

I will call you to order it.

Just let me do my due diligence.

Let me make sure this is right for me.

Let me make sure this is the model that’s the right size for my house.

Let me make sure that either we have a 20 amp service in the house or we can only get a 15 amp sauna because I can’t have an electrician come out and make alterations to a condo or an apartment that I rent or what, you know, all these different things that you have to figure out and these people are just trying to ram it down your throat.

And so one of the things that I can really help with is the EMF stuff.

So every day in 2018, I would get calls from people saying, “So and so company, you know, said this about their EMF levels.

Is it true, man?”

And you know, over and over and over, I would answer these questions.

And so I’ve been taking notes for the whole year and I finally said, “You know what?

I can put together a sauna EMF masterclass that will teach people and arm them with their own knowledge to know right away when they’re on the phone with one of these shysters whether or not they’re telling the truth.”

And so that was one of the reasons that I wanted to do this.

Point number, or not number, it’s very common for people to get confused by slick talking aggressive salespeople that end up buying an expensive sauna that they regret later.

No one wants to end up with expensive bonfire wood.

That’s a little joke for me, but it stems from people calling me and just saying, “You know, I was looking at this sauna and the guy pressured me into it.

Now we’re finding out about all this EMF stuff and I’m not so sure.

We’re going to, you know, we ordered a meter from Amazon.

We’re going to test it and blah, blah, blah.

And you know, do you think we should sell it?”

And all this stuff.

If they had had the sauna EMF masterclass before that, they would be armed with the knowledge to navigate that purchase decision a lot better.

So do you see how this is kind of taking shape?

I mean, this is the motivation or this is what’s the driving force behind the content or behind doing this.

And next to the last point is this happened to me when I was trying to buy a sauna.

You already know that because I mentioned it, but every sauna company was telling me that their sauna was the best.

Every sauna company was bashing another brand.

You know, every sauna company said that they had an ultra low EMF sauna.

Hell, even Costco and Amazon let the vendors endorse the low EMF saunas that I bought.

Both of them.

This didn’t happen just once.

It was because it happened to me twice that I was like, “Alright, something is really wrong with this picture.

These companies are in fact allowing false advertising.”

And even after I posted the reviews and wrote blog posts on it, temporarily Costco made, you know, Golden Designs or Dynamic Saunas take the low EMF information off the Costco website.

You could search Costco.com and you didn’t see a mention anywhere of low EMF.

Now that’s changed later in 2018 and now in 2019, you know, they update the product listings and they sneak it back in there.

This is very misleading to people.

And if you don’t think so or if you don’t think that is harmful, go search Dynamic Sauna EMF levels or go search Costco Sauna EMF levels.

Watch my video with a Trifield Alpha Labs triple axis gauss meter and you can see a screenshot of the advertisement for me buying the sauna and it says ultra low EMF technology.

And then you can also see me in the sauna with the meter next to my shoulder and it has 80, 90, 100 milligauss magnetic fields in it.

So if that’s not deception, I don’t know what is.

So that’s the driving force behind how I got here and what, you know, just the information, that’s what’s driving the direction of the information in the sauna EMF masterclasses to answer all these questions for people so that you know.

And finally, probably the most frustrating thing was buying the saunas and unpackaging them because they come on a crate from a box truck in a pallet.

So you know, the guy with the pallet jack wheels it into your garage, you’ve got this giant pallet, there’s sawdust everywhere, you know, you make a mess out there, you carry the sauna up the stairs, you get it inside, you put it together.

Like this is a lot of work.

It takes two or three hours, right?

And I did this two or three times now because every time I’d buy a sauna from Amazon, Costco or wherever and they would tell me that it’s low EMF and it wasn’t, I would be pissed and you would be too because you’ve got to pack this thing all back up, you’ve got to clean up all the sawdust to get, you know, like it’s just a wreck.

And so the second most frustrating thing to me was when I was trying to buy a sauna, I didn’t have the ability to recognize bad information from good information in regards to EMFs.

And I didn’t even know that I didn’t know at the time.

And that made it so much more difficult.

And so probably the second most frustrating thing was buying into bad information I would find online.

The sauna groups on Facebook, the forums, the YouTube videos that are bad, the blog posts from people that don’t know what they’re doing or just have a tri-field meter and they’ve been in two saunas in their entire life, incredibly misleading, incredibly hard to navigate.

And so the final point is, the reason for this class is to correct bad information online.

Most people, even people that sell saunas are not willing to invest this much time, just more time than money at this point, into EMF meters, learning how to test stuff, buying saunas, spending thousands of dollars on this stuff.

And the reason that no one’s willing to do this is because, I think, is because they haven’t personally struggled with their health enough to have, you know, finding or being determined to find the best solution for them.

Because I’m determined to find the absolute best sauna that I can be using with a low EMF environment year after year.

So I know people get upset with me if I change recommendations and I do this or do that, but you have to understand, I’m a user of the saunas first.

I’m a marketer of the saunas second.

And that’s why the sales process when I was selling the saunas came across so different.

I mean, everyone commented on it and it was very genuine and authentic.

And it’s because, you know, I speak from the heart.

I speak from experience.

And if you’re anything like me, if you’ve ever dealt with anxiety or brain fog or fatigue or anything, all the symptoms that we all go through when your health gets crippled, it’s like, you know, you’ll do anything to get better, number one.

But you’re coming from a place of desperation at times when your life is crumbling before your eyes, when you’re unable to function and have a normal day-to-day lifestyle anymore.

I mean, you come from a place of, you know, very different than, you know, it’s my job to sell saunas and I make, you know, 80 to 90 grand a year selling saunas for a company.

Like and it’s just push, push, push.

You know, that’s one thing but it doesn’t, you know, I don’t know.

Take that for what you will.

So the final point is, like I said, just to correct bad information online, the worst example I’ve ever seen in my life about sauna EMF levels and being incorrect so bad, like so, so bad is from 2017 from a man that was in the Facebook sauna detox group and he posted how great his sauna was.

And it was a picture and a thing of him showing how low the EMF levels were from his Acousticom meter in the sauna.

And bad news guys, an Acousticom meter is an RF meter and the only thing that emits RF in an infrared sauna or any sauna for that matter is Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, stereo system, smartphone controller, the heaters, the power supply, the wiring, the outlet, the transformer, the control panel, all of that shit would never register on an Acousticom meter.

Those are magnetic or electric fields and an Acousticom meter doesn’t detect any of those.

And so this is the type of information that people come across online from people that are uneducated and just don’t have the experience with this stuff.

And the sad thing is people were basing their $5000 purchase decisions off of information like this and I almost became one of them.

So take that for what you will but the purpose of this, the real purpose of this is to save other people from that because I almost fell into the trap and it’s very easy and a lot of people do.

So final two points is who will this sauna EMF masterclass help?

I know this is getting very long winded and we haven’t even gotten to the nuts and the bolts of it but a lot of people want to know what’s my story, how did I get here, why do I do this, how do I know about this stuff, can you even trust me, do I know what the hell I’m talking about.

Yeah we’ve got a bunch of saunas in the room and some fancy equipment and EMF meters that are thousands of dollars and they cost more than a sauna and blah blah blah but what’s my agenda, what’s this, what’s that.

And so I think it’s worthwhile, a lot of people really appreciate that I take an extra 10 or 15 minutes and get into my opinion on stuff, how I got here and blah blah blah.

So who will this help?

Anyone who isn’t sure if a sauna is ultra low EMF or not, there’s tons of ways to verify that, I’m going to teach you exactly how.

Anyone who wants to ensure they get a low EMF sauna but doesn’t have time or money to buy EMF meters and test it themselves, you’ll gain enough information and enough knowledge from this EMF masterclass to where you’ll be able to purchase a sauna without buying EMF meters yourself and you’ll be armed with the knowledge to ask the right questions so that you can make an informed purchase decision and not be a victim of just nonsense or things that are confusing or this, that and the other.

And finally anyone who wants to learn what matters most in a sauna regarding EMFs.

There’s certain things that do matter, certain things that don’t.

There’s cheap saunas from China that have RF modules or Wi-Fi modules in the ceiling and they don’t have a layer of foil or any type of shielding to stop that penetration from coming right through where your head is.

These little things matter but they’re not as important as say a sauna with 150 mGa magnetic fields in it or a sauna with 40,000 mV of body voltage which is something that no sauna is perpetuating, no sauna company is testing and promoting body voltage because most of them will fail.

And so we’re going to talk about that and I’m going to arm you with the knowledge to make sure that you can avoid those situations and end up with expensive firewood as I like to call it.

How will this help you?

Well it will give you a better understanding of EMF without taking months or years of buying EMF meters and learning how to test.

Fact of the matter is I have all the equipment but a lot of this stuff nowadays is intuitive.

When a sauna comes in the door I can size it up just by looking at it.

I know exactly where to look, what to test, I have an expectation already just seeing what type of sauna it is, how big is the power supply, what type of heaters, blah blah blah.

It takes a long time to do that and most people if you’re into saunas you’re either trying to heal yourself from some type of disease or maintain good health or this that and the other and it’s just no one really has the time and energy to put into it.

Arm yourself with baseline knowledge to know if a sauna company is pulling the wool over your eyes or not.

I guarantee you by the end of the sauna EMF master class if you watch all the videos and this is free, I’m not going to charge for this or anything like that.

I could sell it as a little course but why?

It deserves to be free.

This is the honest knowledge that should be in the sauna marketplace to begin with.

Sauna companies that have things to hide will immediately balk at this.

They’ll immediately say that X thing doesn’t matter or that blah blah blah.

They’ll come up with all types of rebuttals or discount stuff and most of the time it’s because they know if their sauna was subjected to this type of testing or they gave me one of their saunas and said, “Hey Matt, put it through its paces and report your findings.”

They wouldn’t want to participate because their sauna would fail my assessment.

Best thing we can do for you is to give you the right knowledge to be able to know that for sure no matter what they tell you so that you’re not swiping your credit card or financing something that you can’t afford to try to help improve your health if you’re suffering at this point in time.

It’s just making sure that you can make informed purchase decisions so you and your family are using safe saunas.

That’s the ultimate goal of this.

Hopefully that is enough of an introduction for you.

This is far longer than I wanted it to be but again, I’ve gotten requests from people to include some background, how I got here, are you an electrical engineer, blah blah blah.

Let’s jump into video two and I’m going to talk about the three types of EMF that can potentially be in any infrared sauna.

I’ll see you in video two.
