I’ve tested 42 sauna brands, and most of them, not worth your money. You gotta understand, some saunas are nothing more than plywood, glue, and cheap electronics that are barely gonna last you two years. They off-gas, they break, and they don’t actually detox anything because of their poor heater layout.
Now, people think that I’m paid to say this for some crazy reason. If that was the case, I wouldn’t have had the health improvement and I wouldn’t have been motivated to do this by my own health struggles. Long before I ever went through leukemia treatment, infrared saunas were helping me detox things like a poor amalgam removal, brain fog, having issues with all types of gut problems.
If it wasn’t for my work and enthusiasm and passion for this, and I wouldn’t have received the results that I did almost 10 years ago now, I wouldn’t have had the knowledge or expertise to help myself after leukemia treatment and detox from all the cocktail of drugs that they gave me.
It wasn’t the leukemia that almost killed me, it was the reaction to the drugs. But enough of my story, back to the saunas. If you’re not aware, we have a Facebook group of sauna enthusiasts that are looking to detox, improve their health, extend longevity, do all types of positive things.
